Service was very good. Happy and helpful servers. The food was mediocre at best. Appetizers were good, but 2 of the 4 of us didn't finish out entrees because we didn't care for it.
We had a lovely evening! Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and the lovely ambience courtesy of the live music.
I have been to every Burntwood Tavern. I love the French Dip. Unfortunately, they changed the menu and only serve the French Dip on Fridays. What a bummer! Also, they used to offer 1/2 sandwich with soup or salad. That is no longer available. Also, a bummer!
Service was great! Food was mid. Pasta and soup came out cold, salad was drenched in dressing and wilted.
The service is usually very good. We were lucky to get a new waiter (Jacob), he was very personable, and our service was spectacular. He did a great job taking care of us
Service was great. We were sat in a private room which actually was great as we were celebrating my father's celebration on life. Thank you for making it special
Tables were a little close together. Servers kept bumping into our chairs. Food was fine and so was service. Drinks were terrible. One was sent back. Charged regular price for cocktails instead of happy hour pricing.
Made a reservation for Mother's day. When we got there they said they were very busy and did not know when they would have a table for us. What good was the reservation? Felt like a Seinfeld episode. Ended up getting seated in the bar instead of dining room which was loud and smelly. Just to see, I check the open table site and they were still accepting reservations for the same day. They obviously don't know how to manage reservations or should not use an outside reservation system like open table. The only saving grace was that the food was good.
It was a very nice Buffet ... it was Mother's Day so yes it was busy ... one small problem something was happening outside , so people could not eat outside .... So it got very warm inside , however overall it was a very nice day !!!
Mother's Day brunch buffet. Restaurant was a bit crowded, maybe slightly understaffed, but manager and our waitress made extra effort to get through narrow pathway (we had to squeeze to get to buffet each time) and take care of us. Omelette chefs did a great job, and kept lines short. Prime rib wasn't very good (doubt it was actually prime rib vs cheaper roast cut), disappointing. But remaining hot dishes (salmon, chicken, pasta) were okay, dessert options good. Including coffee, tea and soft drinks (and rather than or!) was a nice touch, making overall value very good. Hadn't gone here before, but will return to try regular dinner.

We really enjoyed our evening at Burntwood. We took guests for their first visit and they loved it. We will all be back
Attentive waiter, reasonable wait for appetizers d entrees. Nice and private outside seating
Dinner was wonderful and the service was amazing! Our waiter, I think his name was Jacob was great! Very friendly our orders came out perfect
Took 20 minutes to be acknowledged after host seated us Even started looking on open table for other restaurants nearby as I was getting up to leave. Was specific on order 1 jalepenios on the side order 2 no jalapeño Order 1 came with NO jalapeño order 2 came with on the food Had to have order 2 remade So our family was completely done eating when our 1 person finally got their meal correctly. Grouper sandwich had an embarrassing little amount of grouper Probably will not return. Very disappointed
The fact the we ate outside during a rain storm affected both my rating on ambience and noise level. If not for the rain all ratings would be 5 star.
