My husband and I would stop here for a corn beef sandwich occasionally it was always good. Just went done Wednesday and was very disappointed in the corn beef sandwich. There was hardly any corn beef on it, just some meat scraps mixed in with the Sauerkraut. I could not detect any thousand island dressing. It’s a shame, and they still charge the same amount.
I eat there often and always have a great meal. I love the Reuben. and the Quiche is always very tasty and moist.Soups are delicious. I have never had a problem with. servers or hosts.
We enjoyed the patio seating, food was good, my husband had unicorn fish sandwich he really liked, my grilled veggie sandwich was seasoned perfectly, the fries were fresh-cut, and the chips were really good too! affordable, quick service, and wait-person was super personable
Cafe de Sux, I rarely write reviews let alone negative. Server lacked true restaurant experience. Food was anything but the online descriptions. I could go on and be very detailed; just no.
Very fun experience with nice prestige I wasn’t even asking for. My friend were nervous but at the end we agree we all loved it :)Will be returning even though I’m not Native to Ft Meyers.
I tried one of their griot fritaille it is to die for. The flavor was one of the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends
The food is superb!!! Atmosphere perfect for anytime and clean bathrooms.
Excellent food and service! a definite gem!
Worst experience ever, my and my husband went to this place because I saw the photos of the food, when we arrived the place was empty and even when we were the only two customers we waited over an hour for our food mine came early than husband who was really hungry, prices aren't cheap we ended playing $70 for a pasta a steak a coke and a lemonade definitely not coming back, server was nice that's the only reason I gave 1 star
My friend had been here before so decided to take me after a shopping trip. It was a really nice lunch. The waitress was very nice, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I will be back when in the area with others. The serving size was generous for both the Mediterranean salad and my Quiche.

Great restaurant, hidden on McGregor. I had the tuna melt with the homemade chips. Wow! Large portion of tuna with a taste to match.
Hands down best breakfast I’ve found since moving to Florida. The quiche of the day was amazing! Spinach and crab with Hollandaise sauce. The cheese grits and omelet were good as well. You can’t go wrong here. The cafe is quaint and friendly.
We drove out of our way from the airport to try breakfast at McGregor’s Cafe, and it was definitely worth the drive. We arrived around 9:30 and enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast in the beautiful patio. The home fries are unbelievably delicious! Our waitress was courteous and super efficient. When we left around 10:30 there were several diners waiting to be admitted. I would highly recommend McGregor’s Cafe!
The tuna and chicken salads were tasteless. The tomato soup was pretty good. It does have a nice atmosphere and dog friendly outside. The hostess wasn’t friendly but the waitress was fine. I wouldn’t return.
One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. There were no other guests in the restaurant, which should have been a sign to not eat there. The place is silent, no music. The server took our order and went to the kitchen where all we had to listen to was the server and person in the kitchen talking. The salads were brought out before the appetizers. When the spinach and artichoke dip came out it looked as if the chips were from the bottom of a bag. The bruschetta never arrived. After dropping off one guests app the server returned to the kitchen several minutes later with a menu saying there was no bread for the bruschetta. We did see them open the door to the dining room since there was something burning in the kitchen. By the time she took the dinner order I had changed my order from lamb, with no temperature taken to the penne vodka. Both dishes arrived with the lamb being cooked well done and the penne was with alfredo sauce and spinach. When I said the penne was supposed to be a vodka sauce she said it was a vodka sauce, even though the menu clearly said tomato for vodka and spinach and bell peppers in the alfredo sauce. The bill did say vodka, so I think the chef was where the error happened. The crab cake plate looked as if the crab cakes were an afterthought of a plate of what was called risotto but was in reality dry brown rice. Then when the bill came the gratuity was included for a party of two and there is a cash total along with an upcharge total if you would prefer to not pay with a card.
