Love this place! Have been a customer for 14 plus years. We recently renovated our condo and Bratz has been our first stop for furniture . Their value is spot on as we purchased name brand furniture from them and saved several hundred dollars compared to a locally known furniture store selling the exact same pieces. They offer free delivery that is timely and placed the furniture in the appropriate place and did set up. Much more courteous and customer service oriented than many of the other furniture stores in the area. When looking for furniture, I advise you check Bratz frequently as their inventory changes. One week might be a miss, and then the you find the perfect piece a few weeks later! Thank you Bill, Theresa and Joshua for making our furniture shopping experience enjoyable!

Went in just to see what they had and found a lovely white drop down kitchen table with two chairs at a great price. Unfortunately they had none in boxes that I could assemble myself so I had to get it delivered. But they delivered on time. They even pointed out on delivery that somehow one of the chairs got damaged. So they left it as a loner with a promise to bring me a replacement asap. They called that same day to confirm they were working to get a replacement (since I bought the last one in white in stock at that time). And within a week they had the replacement. Very good service and they made sure I got what I paid for.
