Purchase 5 lbs fresh caught shrimp and took then to visit my son ans family in Tennesse. They were outstanding.
Recommend you buy your shrimp from them , you will get none better and very good prices

My hubby and I stopped by Capt. J’s yesterday at their new location. They had great quality and a great variety of seafood. The lobster tails were well priced and a great size. They also had larger ones that were HUGE. We will definitely be back for more seafood and would highly recommend it. Supporting local businesses is always best!

I was driving up to the Fleamasters Flea Market that re-opened today for the first time since Hurricane Ian came through. On the way up there I saw a sign for stone crabs. I made a mental note if it so we could find it on the way back. It was a little confusing since there is a wholesale side and a retail side. The young man inside the retail explained he used to be on Sanibel, but his building was leveled by the hurricane. His mother owns the wholesale side and has let her son set up on the west side of the building. He had four or five kinds of fish. Pink shrimp and regular shrimp. Lobster chunks. Stone crab. The young man was very nice and friendly. The stone crab was 40 bucks a pound for mediums. The Pinks were 20 count for 16 dollars. Hours are a little different so pay attention to what days they are open

We also bought the fresh fish dip. We were extremely happy with the quality! We put our fresh salmon on our grill on the beach that morning for breakfast ...Such a special treat!! We'll be back!
