Bacon wasn't good. Pancakes overcooked Server/kitchen would not alter meals at all. It's no wonder the avg rating is a 3.0.

Bartender might be the rudest person I’ve encountered in my travels. Embarrassed me in front of a full bar because she forgot to make my drink while serving at least 6 ppl . before me. Asked in I wanted to be her general manager too. Little does she know I’ve owned restaurants for 20 years. But she had time to complain that she had another 8 hours on her shift. Do better!

The waitress should be embarrassed of her behavior. She yanked the menu out of a my hand and assumed I wasn’t getting food before I could tell her I hadn’t decided yet. Five minutes later she yelled across the restaurant to tell a us to get out if we weren’t getting food (we had drinks) yet let others stay seated with only alcoholic beverages.
Based on other reviews, it’s probably a good thing I didn’t waste my money here. Waitress probably spits in everyone’s food😂

Stopped here for a quick bite before a flight. Service was fine, but the Cuban sandwich that they served may have been the worst I've ever had. The bread was incredibly stale and I'm legitimately wondering if this was a reheated frozen sandwich. For a place that supposed to be Cuban, it's a bit of travesty. Fries were average.

Ordered a “cubano “ sandwich and it was the worst i have ever eaten - I am Cuban and this tiny sandwich for $19 wasn’t even the shadow of what a Cuban sandwich should be - two very thin slices of ham, no Swiss cheese, a slither slice of pork the size of my pinky finger toasted on the wrong bread - service was unprofessional and slow - lunch menu only had about 5 items - my tiny sandwich had no taste and I vow never again to eat here. Clearly it is NOT Cuban in the least even if the name Bacardi is very much Cuban- disappointing and embarrassing to have this horrible food labeled Cuban- cramped tables with very little room to go in between even with hand luggage- they have a bar which I did not try but clearly their food is a disgrace - not worth the money At All - used to be good years ago when they first opened - it needs to close down

Stopped in while waiting for a flight hoping to grab a drink and something to eat .it was around 630pm on a Monday evening.. grabbed a seat at the bar that had maybe had 4 patrons sitting at it . For such a nice airport really lousy spot to stop ..maybe it was being a woman and alone but the younger guy with a woman were working.. he totally ignored me, she after 10 minutes and right before I was going out she asked what I wanted.. no menu dirty with a plate of eaten food in front of me never tried to wipe down or move it from in front of me.. I was angry at that point but politely requested a drink.. she rolled her eyes when I said just a soda.. so I then said actually a rum & coke.. after another 10 minutes she fixed it handed me my bill which I immediately gave her a $20 dollar bill and she says " you want any change? Of course I do .. the single shot drink cost over $10 bucks & though service was horrible I still tipped $4 bucks.. btw" they were chatting and seemed pretty good with the guys at the bar..so obviously they have issues...

The “Cuban” sandwich should at least use Cuban bread, don’t you think? The rest of it was equally off. Definitely NOT the real thing. Like not even in the same vicinity. The fries were OK. The service was expedient but not friendly. Overall, not what I was expecting.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A GLUTEN INTOLERANCE!!!! I ordered a rice bowl w/ meat & veggies. I AM SO SICK!!! OMG!! I'm Gluten Intolerant and they POISONED ME!!! Cross contamination??? I told the waiter I was gluten intolerant. He didn't care & was kinda rude. I should have known better. The food sucked too btw.

I was in the aur port terminal across from this restaurant sitting at a charging station and the employee came over and accused me of stealing the chair from his store. Crazy. I had just sat down. Anyhow then he said it didn’t matter he just wanted the chair back Just not cool. Next time nicely ask for a chair that was misplaced instead of accusing me of stealing it. I have to wonder how in this day and age this occurs? Also wonder if this would have not happened if I was a different race

The bartender is an angry women and the balding waiter with the long hair are aweful. My husband went to the bar to get a drink and the horrible bartender started screaming at my husband because he was supposed to order thru the cr scanner but you can't order a regular drink thru it. So she started screaming at my husband IN THE RESTAURANT that he had to use the cr scan. Then the waiter told us he had to work late because our flight was late, like I care. I ordered a dbl martini and it was so watered down that I couldn't drink it. Horrible place to be in an airport
