Had some time to kill so stopped in for a burger. It wasn’t busy at all, and I like to sit at the bar. I sat down and asked the bartender if she could wipe down the bar, she ignored me. I ordered something to drink and she brought my drink but didn’t acknowledge me offering it. Then she went absolutely postal on another employee that it drives her nuts when customers come “barging” in without being seated and she’s swinging her pony tail back n fourth as she’s railing to this other employee about how she’s so sick n tired of people not waiting in line. Clearly she was talking about me. Let’s not forget it wasn’t busy at all, and the entire time she never acknowledged me. I got up and left and she still didn’t say anything. Completely disrespectful, and I don’t expect perfect service in an airport but for a $22.00 hamburger I don’t expend to be chastised either

The bartender, DJ Red was fantastic. But when we went to order food the manager, MARIO said my son couldn't stand behind me at the bar and look at a menu. Total a-hole. Our party of 7 did not end up ordering any food because the managers rudeness.It's a shame to treat your paying customers like that. I have been in the restaurant business over 40 years and would never treat any of my customers in that manner. If you do patronize this establishment be sure to ask for DJ Red at the bar. She's fantastic and a lot of fun! Whatever you do don't ask for MARIO.

Had lunch and it was delicious! I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my son had the chicken tenders with fries. Everything was delicious. The wait wasn’t too long and the waitress was quick and friendly!
Good variety of foods and drinks. About half way down the terminal. Good seating both inside the restaurant or people watching in the terminal!

Thought about ordering a burger, but the restaurant policy is to only cook them medium well or darker. That's a food crime.Instead I ordered a turkey "panino" (whatever that's supposed to be). What I got was the saddest little sandwich and pile of fries for $17. They couldn't even bother to use real turkey breast and had deli meat instead.The server did his best to be helpful, but came across as sad and annoyed (I suppose I would too if I had to work at a restaurant that took no pride in its food).The restaurant used an app-based ordering process, which showed the names of the menu items but provided no other details. We had to walk to the front of the restaurant which had a printed menu (with no prices, of course) in order to see what was actually on any on the menu items. When it came time to pay, this app provided no way to split the bill, which is possible with other platforms like toasttab.The decor felt dated and tacky with Bacardi branding and the lights were flickering. The branding printed on the tables was visibly pixelated. Not a very pleasant atmosphere.This restaurant was definitely one of the low points of my trip to Florida.

The employees have to stay late when there are delays. But, that doesn't mean they don't provide excellent service. Jacob was great and the food is always fresh. Best place to catch a buzz before your flight.

We got to the airport early so we could grab lunch before our trip. The Cuban sandwich and the mahi sandwich were both very good, as were the fries. Service was friendly and fast, and the beers on tap were great.

The food was not very good. The service was great. Very nice people working at this airport joint across from D1. Not recommended but not much choice. The cheeseburger ? and fries were tasteless. ? uggg. ☆☆ for the food. ☆☆☆☆☆ for the nice people working there.

Julie is amazing, and the drinks were on point. The kind of drinks that you wish you had on vacation! Caribbean Jerk Rice Bowl was great and refreshing, turkey Panini with the avocado was excellent, and the wings were very surprising in a good way . The Caesar salad was excellent and remember to ask for Julie she is the best!
