This has become our favorite place to eat . This restaurant is amazing, the food is delicious, big portions, great taste The desserts are amazing, we had the guava cake, flan and the tres leches. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Casa Blanca! and WELCOME to Fort Myers!!!!😃

Food was incredible..however service was terrible! We sat outside and the bartender waited on us at our table. He had 3 other customers (2tops) Two of the tables already had food. We ordered chips/salsa and a cheese dip. When he finally came to take our dinner order we had finished the chips and asked for more. He never brought them. When another person brought our food I also asked for more chips again and water. He never came back. The bartender..our server well he never came back until we were finished with our food!…I sat my cup at the end of the table so he could see it was empty. I never received my water.We had to ask for our bill.

Went here for my husband's birthday, and it was a party of 24. They do not take reservations, only call ahead wait list. We showed up at 645pm and were seated almost 2 hours later. This was the only negative thing I have to say about this place.

The manager was great and addressed the issue.

Once seated, the waitstaff was great! The food was amazing! It doesn't matter what you order. Everything is sooo delicious. The vibe was excellent for a birthday celebration.

Everything that followed the wait time made it all worth it!

I would come here again and would recommend this restaurant to those looking for amazing food!

The reason for 4 stars is because all items were not available at lunch time. Also the music was louder than normal. This is a restaurant not a club.

I've been here twice. Yesterday I went here for my birthday with friends. Horrible experience. We had two booth and waiting for our other guest to arrive. They told us that its allowed and not even 30 min past and our table was taken away. When we went to talk to the host, she had an attitude and told us they can't hold table for more than an hour. I understand that, but for us it wasn't even 20 min. Our other guest did not have any seats. Secondly, we advised them about the birthday, and they acknowledged it, and then ignored us and did not get the birthday experience that we were expecting. The food was also not the best. Multiple times we ask for a cup of water and never got it until we were paying. We asked multiple times and different people for simple cup of water. Lastly, the music was so loud and cannot hear someone right next to you. The music was as loud as if we were at a night club.
