The food was great. The service was horrible. This was the first time there and were asking questions, that was a problem apparently. The attitude was strong and then the next lady was even worse. Wasn't paying attention and had such an attitude with us, she mixed the order up and got upset with us. Maybe if she focused on what she was doing and not son focused on showing us an attitude, she wouldn't have messed up. First and last time there.

Excellent staff, food was delicious ( they have it down ) , location relevant to airport hotels. Note: It is a type of fast food , there is outdoor seating, I ordered vegetarian. There is plenty of vegan too. Even the fountain drinks were great.

Have ordered from Ft Myers/Alico location a few times in the past. Order always missing something but we can usually overlook...not happy but not going to drive back and argue about it. Staff always seem like you're bothering them. Ordered yesterday on app, got home and dressing was no where to be found. One entree was advertised with sliced avocado. We received an intact half of a hard avocado and a giant slice of what looked to be the bottom of a cabbage(?). Other bowl was supposed to be 1/2 arugula 1/2 power greens. It was all arugula. Very disappointing. I doubt we'll order from there again. Sad because it's a good concept.

I went to the one in east liberty. I got the Greek salad and the portion size was so small didn’t fill half of the bowl up. And I did not get my free pita will not come here again not worth the money.

First time eating here at Cava in Panama City Beach, Fl and my experience was AWESOME! Friendly staff, very very helpful because there are so many choices. Absolutely delicious! I’ll be back and I will recommend to everyone! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
It has been awhile since I have been into thos Cava as in the past service wasn't great. However, I went in to have lunch and was very impressed. I have been the restaurant business many years and have high standards when it comes to restaurants. The store was very clean, food was great but what really stood out to me is the great customer service I had. You don't often find that anymore. Shout out to this location for winning my business back. I will be visiting more often.

Always a great experience at this cava. They are so friendly and welcoming. They don't rush you to order and even start conversation with you. I've been here a couple times but just recently met krislyn and she is phenomenal. She greets you with a smile and makes sure your food is made to perfection.

Why Cava gives such little rice and meat (especially when we're paying +$3.85 for braised lamb) needs to be studied. This isn't an isolated event - I order there excited every single time and get disappointed when I see how little rice and lamb my bowl has - every single time.
