At the cava-Franklin location. I ordered $48.62. The pita that was served to me had visible mold on it. I didn’t discover to mold until after I got in the car and took a bite of it which had a mold taste. When I brought it back inside the manager refused to give a refund in store. They continued to serve people bread out of the same container which the moldy bread came from. And when I brought it up they tried to tell me it wasn’t the same bread as the bread I received was “whole,not cut” which is false. I had to make a seen and mention the health code in order for them to though it away. I took photos of the mold on the bread. Filed a complaint with corporate. Do not eat at this location.

Every time I place an online order. The staff forgets to include the pita chips. So far, this has happened twice in a row.
The second time I asked for the chips that were missing. I only got one out of the 2 that I ordered. How can I help the staff remember?

Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!

This location is really hit or miss but lately it’s been a miss. Depending on who’s working the customer service is subpar and they serve the bowls half full. I’ve definitely been coming less and less which sucks because the food is great.

The past 3 times I’ve gone to this location they have forgotten literally half of my ingredients. I asked for a half greens half rice, i got no greens and was missing my crazy feta, tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, and broccoli. It was dry and my husbands was also missing just as many ingredients as mine. Terrible.
