Charleys Cheesesteaks

I hate leaving bad reviews but here we go. I ordered from this place for my kids via uber eats. We were missing a Buffalo chicken Philly and the Philly cheese steak had no steak in it. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering again. Uber eats did give us a refund so that was good.also, I did try calling the store to give them the chance to make it write but the.m number listed on google doesn’t work.

The staff were very friendly. The sandwich was OK, but we've had better ones. The fries were very tasty and the drinks were nice and cold.

We ordered today Aug.30,2024 for take out and wasnt notice that the bread has molds too late when my partner is about to eat his two last bite of the sandwich and he saw molds on his bread, while mine I wasnt able to check it since i already ate everything

Ordered a chicken teriyaki w/cheese and sauce only no onions no tomatoes no mayo no nothing! The girl taking the order repeated everything back to me fine. When i receive my order… has everything so i tell them thats not how i ordered it and they take it back throw it away and one of the girls in spanish said “well shes going to have to wait” thinking i didnt speak spanish which is very disrespectful. Shes been there for years cause i use to work in the mall and i love this place. But never have i ever experienced this before so sad! She made me wait over 15 minutes and when she noticed i spoke spanish and understood what she said she made that sandwich real fast.

Asked for Cajun seasoning sprinkled on the side of ranch that I paid extra for and was told NO they could not do that. Huh ? Is this a big deal? This was a manager too! I guess customer service went out of style? What a joke! Nope not going back! How about having people with decent nails working there? Surly 3-4 inch nails are not sanitary- and it’s just nasty as she did not have gloves on.
