The image of the salad is an actual lie. There were no onions, the salad contained mushrooms, and there was only a sliver of a green pepper. Why lie about the product you sell?

Great sandwich with plenty of choices, their classic wings is a must to try,I have been learned that also their app has a lot of coupons most of the time.

When I first noticed when Charlies showed up at the local Walmart, for I was excited to have another place close to home for another variety of food. After shopping I stopped in a purchased 2 - 6 piece Classic & Fry @$9.49 ea. plus another .60 for a side of Ranch Dressing. "Never was told I was going to be paying more for the Ranch dressing, to that took me back some. We live just 8 minutes away, and when we got home were really excited to try the new Buffalo Wings, and Fries. They tasted like they have been under a heat lamp for hours, and fries too were soggy and wilting. We were totally disappointed and even though I visit this Walmart at least once a week for the past 15 years, we will NEVER buy from this store again. What a waste of money ~!!

The workers were constantly speaking in Spanish and looked very unhappy to be at work. I will never be returning to this location and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. I'll take my $ elsewhere.

Used to love it here. Fries were cold. Sandwich fell apart and had to us a fork…bread was everywhere. A1 was so runny it was obviously watered down. I wasn’t even given a tray to carry my food to a table. Had to make 2 trips, leaving my food exposed to who knows what.
Quality and customer service has gin out the window.

Terrible experience, them keep hiring all these new people who just can’t do the job properly. Ordered a cheesesteak and asks for no fries and that I would like Mayo , tomato and lettuce on the sandwich lady says sorry you gotta order this sandwich to have it put on there we will just add it as a side. I was annoyed because they usually just add it to the sub. Then I asked for no fries what does she do add fries without my knowledge and charged me for it.

Won’t be going back here gotta be careful with ordering they wanna add all this stuff and make up all these rules no wonder they have such a bad star rating

order was wrong only got half my food from Uber eats 50 dollars was spent driver didn't answer last time I ever use Uber eats or Charley's cheesesteaks

Charlie's makes the Best Fries I've ever had in my life! There's usually a line there but don't worry, they work so fast you'll have your food in no time! And you won't be sorry!

Inside mall food stop, but sandwich is really good

Charley's Cheesesteak is basically a mall food court staple offering sandwiches, fries, and drinks. While I have had better cheesesteak sandwiches in my life, Charley's does satisfy. The sandwiches could be a bit bigger but they do taste great and the workers will load them up upon request. Fries are hot, crispy, and fresh, both in regular and cajun styles. I found some great money saving deals through the Charley's apps. Certainly recommended!

Philly cheese sandwich small kind of bland.

Delicious sandwich. They were busy and weee still pretty quick considering. Friendly staff, condiments at the end where pick up is. Lots of options in the food court but this is the place for sandwiches. Will return.

I hate leaving bad reviews but here we go. I ordered from this place for my kids via uber eats. We were missing a Buffalo chicken Philly and the Philly cheese steak had no steak in it. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering again. Uber eats did give us a refund so that was good.also, I did try calling the store to give them the chance to make it write but the.m number listed on google doesn’t work.
