Me and my fiancé went to cheddars to have a nice calm dinner, at first the service was great and the waiter was really nice. But when it came time to pay the bill, the waiter got upset because we left no tip for her on the kiosk when we were going to give her cash. As she walked away she had an attitude and gave us a dirty face. At that point we really didn’t give her a tip. I understand that tipping is a good thing to do, but it is not required.

I came to cheddars and the food was good everything was good until it was time to pay my server ALEXANDRIA G started moving very creepy she was hovering over me as I lay and put my tip my table had 2 bills once we payed she got very nasty because I guess the other party didn’t tip her like I did so she started being very aggressive and rude about the other people not tipping her and I was very scared on how aggressive and loud Alexandria G & MICHELLE were very argumentative and unprofessional the manager Cindy L Hogg handled the situation very well and I appreciate her for handling the situation correctly but after this experience I don’t feel safe going back here

This is one of the worst places for food. I asked for a medium burger and I got an uncooked flavorless piece of meet. The French fries were terrible and there potatoes soup had no flavor.. how do you screw up a burger. 🤬

Great service and our server was on her second day, she is well prepared and pleasant. Her smile amd upbeat attitude is a nice surprise. The steak tips over mash potatoes with mushrooms 🍄 😋

My husband and I came here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Our server, Paul was so incredible. He was friendly, accommodating, and made excellent menus suggestions. The food was amazing. We are excited to come back and request Paul as our server! Shoutout to chef Cindy for making the best Pittsburgh style steak I have ever had at a restaurant!

The food is always great! The portion size is unbelievable and their rolls are worth writing a review. I always eat at least one before I get out of the parking lot!

My first experience at this restaurant. My friends have been here. Liked the menu, croissant honey butter complimentary rolls were delish. Everyone loved their lunches, I had chicken tenders, my husband loved the chicken pot pie, my friend had a chicken sandwich and her husband had white fish platter. Service was a little slow but we all enjoyed it. Only complaint was a faint ringing noise which turned out to be the overhead fan. My friend has tinnitus so it made it annoying.
