If I could leave zero stars I would. I order thru the drive thru, got all the way home & noticed two chicken sandwiches were NOT in the bag. I had to drive back after getting home in rush hour traffic just to find out the store manager Zach Santengo would not help. He simply told me I was out of luck. Refunded the money but took the food back that I did receive so now I’m just starving with no food not even the fries that were in the bag, that’s so messed up. I haven't ate all day since 3am since I’ve been traveling and now have to find somewhere else to eat. I did not expect such bad service from Chick-fil-A. Zach should be fired, his customer service sucks and unfortunately I won't be back because of him and will tell everyone I know in the area about my experience as well as contacting corporate as many times as I need to for Zach to realize that’s not how you treat people, fast food or not. I never expected Chick-fil-A to treat me like this. I should be compensated for having to waste time driving back to get food that THEY missed putting in my bag. Do better Chick-fil-A. I am very upset & will be contacting corporate until something is done about this. Get a new store manager, Zach sucks! 0/10

I love chick fil a but this location specifically had a very unfortunately experience at. After waiting for probably 20 minutes on a busy night, I was shortly past the window, and looping back around, providing information that our food was not in the bag that we provided proof of on the receipt - we asked for the replacement food that we purchased and were told to give them our bag of food, they threw it in the trashcan in front of us, provided us a refund and told us they would not serve us today if we came back. We offered to pay the full amount and just asked for the food we had already purchased, and they told us to leave. Super unfortunate as we paid in full and waited our time like everyone else. Managers name is Zach Santiago/ Santango.

Love the sandwiches and shakes. Always consistent. This fort myers location not in as good of shape. Cracked worn seat cushions. Bathroom not as clean but food always good

Un Tyming

This franchisee needs some attention OR just needs to go. The place WAS really great but it has slipped into the abyss. The grilled nuggets are awful and the chicken noodle soup looks like it was put through a blender...I no longer order it. I had a key lime lemonade recently that was THE WORST drink I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I'm not sure what they did to it but it was truly putrid. I dumped it when I got home. Also, they get a little stingy with their ice cream cups in the sense that sometimes they're only about half full. Shakes as well have gone sideways. My son had a vanilla shake that had bits of Oreo in it as apparently it was contaminated with their cookies n cream flavor. So, be careful about what you order from this store. Check your order carefully.

It can be difficult to go to the drive-thru but they move you in and out relatively quickly it's not necessarily the business's fault it's the poor planning on Walmart's fault when they built the place

Terrible service. We had a group and parked to come in and place multiple orders, but they turned us away and told us it was drive-thru only. We waited in the long drive-thru and were then told we could only place 2 orders and would have to circle back through the drive-thru to place additional orders. Meanwhile we watched an entire baseball team that arrived after us walk up and order. The employees, including 2 managers, spent more time arguing with us than it would have taken to take our orders. When we finally got all of our food, portion sizes were pitiful. The salad was the saddest Chick-fil-A salad I've ever seen, and none of the fries were full. And the 2 of us who we able to place orders first ended up with cold food by the time we got everyone else's. You can't put policies in place and insist on enforcing them when they don't make sense. Having us make multiple trips through the drive-thru, which is what they kept telling us to do, is not going to speed up your service!!! We spent over $200 between our families in this one visit, and it was easily our worst Chick-fil-A experience ever.

This chick fil a was less busy than any I’d been to. The food was good. But…
Beware of the ladies’ restroom. The paper towel dispenser and garbage can are right next to the door that swings in. Because the dispenser is motion sensored, it takes a few seconds to get the paper.
My elderly mom was there when an employee swung the door, hitting her in the head with the handle. Although it was likely unintentional, I wonder why the staff wouldn’t be trained to open that door slowly. The employee came out of the restroom a few minutes later and apologized nice she saw us speaking to my mom who was dazed and holding her head, but was rather defensive. There was no offer of help. We had to ask for ice and the manager. The Senior Director took my number as well as my mom”s, stating someone would call to follow up the next business day. It’s been almost a week and haven’t heard from anyone.
Thankfully, besides a knot in her head and a headache, my mom’s ok.

Had the crispy chicken sandwich with pickles. The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life and these people aren't open on Sunday.

The food is okay for this location- the playground is extremely dirty & the restaurant itself has been dirty every time Ive come inside.The schedule says this location is open until 10:00 p.m. and I've gone once at 8:30 p.m. and tonight at 8:51pm & it was closed! .

They really have the drive thru system down. If I went to any other drive thru and I was 10th in line I would drive away.
I was served in about 5 minutes.
