Worst drive thru setup for a Chick-fil-A that I have ever experienced. The drive thru blocks in guests and everyone is upset and beeping when the line doesn't move. Took almost 20 minutes to get through the double circle required in order to get food. This was at 2pm on Monday July 7th.

I recently placed a big order which included 2 vanilla cones, understanding that my order would take time I requested to get my cones first since it doesnât take long and got ignored for 15 minutes. My order was ready and handed to me but I couldnât leave since my cones were missing which I pointed out and was left to receive them. Luckily a young gentleman helped me and apologized. I totally get that itâs busy but how can I get 5 meals in a faster time period than 2 cones.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact they had everyone waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes while the only worker outside for breakfast takes her time and chit chats and walks away to talk to guys while everyoneâs waiting. An then when she finally does her job she tells everyone her manager said not to serve breakfast anymore after everyone waiting for her to do her job. This is ridiculous truly wasted my time and gas because they canât get their workers to do their job
It is a place that I do not recommend visiting, it is an environment so full of bad vibes, accompanied by very poor service, the management is a disaster, meals are lost, no one is responsible for anything, there it is save yourself whoever can and however you can, parking there is a danger because afterwards they do not let you leave because they make double lines to order through the window, blocking the exit, and the management allows it.

I come here often after class or on my lunch break and see Christopher taking orders 99% of the time. Heâs amazing! Great customer service, efficient, and friendly. Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasnât necessary. Give Christopher a raise!

My least favorite chick fil a. The parking lot is awkward and does not work well for wide or long trucks. You have to turn right to exit once you get your food, and will run over the curb. If you are walking to the parking lot, watch out for the people that just got their food and arenât paying attention. Most recently I had an issue with two missing sandwiches from our order, and no utensils. Not a huge issue, but I had to return to the store because a refund on the credit card could not be done over the phone. In past visits, food has taken longer to be prepared than other branches. Food is good, and what you would expect.
