Yea, this was my lunch spot. They won't even try to make a compromise when you have a complaint. It's a shame but my business is going to Publix for lunch, which is probably a better choice health and wallet wise. So it's worth the extra mile drive.

Swear this might be the worst chic fil a in all of SWFL, least pleasant people working here at all times of day (isn’t kindness what chic fil a is like known for). Went 4 times and they consistently messed something in my order every single time, wrong size drink, wrong sauce or no sauce, wrong size fries, missing bacon on a sandwhich, it’s always something. Wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t happen EVERY TIME! And again just nasty unkind people working, simply asking for something feels like I’m being a bother and everyone has a bad day but all of them?I don’t know but the management must be managing with their eyes closed at this one. Any other chic fil a would never!

In general, Chick-fil-A works very well. Unfortunately, this location has very bad quality. I ordered a grill sandwich meal. When I got it to eat many miles from their location, I found a spicy and cold sandwich. Anyway I ate it. After that I was very sick.
Ordered food spoke with a manager Krystina after my meal was missing many items they didn't give me none of the sauces. I've ordered no straws for none of the drinks and messed it up really bad. Spoke with Krystina. She said she was gonna replace the order when someone went there to pick it up, she said that she was not going to. She's a very bad manager and she should be fired for that actions she is taken..

MULTIPLE different customers who do not know one another left complaints about your MANAGER Jimmy. My pregnant wife felt uncomfortable around Jimmy. We feel strongly there is something not right about that guy, and stopped going to your location because we did not feel safe. Jimmy also seems pretty proud that the store number is 666 and isn't a big fan of God. How does a customer know that? Because your Manager Jim told customers himself. Just to prove to you yes it happened... and that's how unprofessional Jimmy is. If Jimmy ever gets your company into a lawsuit I hope this comment serves in court that you are now aware here forward, and already were before in other strangers comments, that Jimmy has multiple negative complaints. You don't seem to care. So God forbid IF Jimmy ever gets you sued ... you deserved it.
