My wife and I were in town for our 20th anniversary and I ordered a grilled sandwich meal. Food was amazing and the young girl Ava, who took our order, was so kind. Thank you Ava! However, one complaint that I had was an employee with the name tag of either A.T or A.J using very foul and vulgar language and it wasn’t what I was expecting yesterday on my trip. Other than that person, everything was fantastic. thank you Alico Road!
This location and the one on 41 both are cheap and inconsistent with their ice cream servings. Stop this nonsense! Serving baby ice cream servings to adults! Make a regular sized ice cream and charge the fair market price. It's really disappointing to see such inexperience in a restaurant chain this size. Please address this issue appropriately!

I do NOT understand what the attraction is to this place. The chicken sandwich was nothing exciting at all. Not bad but not worth such a long line. Culver’s chicken sandwich is much better but their wait time is terrible too.

So I've worked at chick fil a, my friends own some back in SC, and I helped an owner in CO change his store. This location and employees are the worst crew I've seen, and as a former traveling trainer for the airlines ive been to alot of locations.
Went the other day with my S/O and I watched for 5 mins as our drink sat in the windows. I had to yell and make eye contact with an associate inside to tell the 3 guys outside to stop showing kit conversations for his car to his buddies. Manager had no care about their conduct or service.
Also food sitting in the window open under a bug blower is probably the worst idea. Either double fold the bag or move it, as the contant air actually cools the food down and you get room temp and lower food.
Never get a receipt to add points after and employees dont push rewards either.
As somone that is quite familiar with the brand this location misses quite a few marks, and often we decide to go elsewhere based off of previous experiences.
