Come here often. Enjoy it. Do not enjoy that they start vacuuming and pulling out booths at 7:30pm. They close at 8:00. When I worked at restaurants, closing work was started after closing. This has happened on more than one occasion.
I want to give an excellent review - but I cannot. I travel a lot for work. I eat at different chicken salad chick locations a lot. I order the same thing at each location. This one would NOT heat up the bacon on my chicken salad BLT sandwich. Not could not -would not. Which is gross! Who eats cold bacon? Not me -Not at this location. Manager was ZERO help in this matter. They are too busy catering to the drive through customers to care.

The food here is good, but the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I’ve had multiple visits where staff members came off as racially biased or just plain cold. It’s not every time, but it happens often enough that I now walk in hoping I don’t have to deal with that kind of attitude.
It’s disappointing because the quality of the food deserves better service to match. Everyone should feel welcome when dining out, and that hasn’t been the case here.

If you’ve ever wondered what sadness tastes like—look no further than Chicken Salad Chick. Imagine someone whispered “chicken” over a bowl of mayonnaise and then charged you $14 for it. That’s what you get here.
First off, the decor looks like Pinterest and a farmhouse threw up on each other. It’s aggressively cute in the way that gives you a headache and makes you question all your life decisions. And the music? It’s like a never-ending reel of corporate-approved “girl boss” anthems played at an unholy volume.
Delicious!! Got the classic flavor with the BLT sandwich and broccoli salad side which was awesome. Husband got a side of Mac with his sandwich it was amazing. Sweet tea was the perfect amount of sweet but not too sweet. Definitely recommend and will be back again to try something else.

My favorite fast food-the staff here are some of the friendliest staff you will ever meet! Quick, efficient, great food, super clean restaurant, friendly people! Each visit is a great experience.Those guys are like as friendly as chick fila without the Fried chicken!
