Decided to come to this Chilis after a long day of shopping, having just moved to Lehigh Acres and wanting to see what the area was like(this is technically Fort Myers). Came into the restaurant, Which was very clean and organized, the hostess was friendly. Our sever Kali however, was great. She was super friendly and attentive, for someone who just started she is doing perfect. She checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was good and was really easy to talk to. Hope to come back soon.

Came out for the finale of a mommy and daughter date, after I found out how excellent she's been in class. Our server was Sam Jones and, to be honest, I haven't had the pleasure of being served so delightfully. He was attentive and engaged in friendly conversation with just not me but my daughter, which is the most important to me. If I could give a word of advice, please sit with him for an enjoyable night you will remember.
I come here about 3-4 times a month. I recommend the Santa Fe burger. The fries always nice and crispy.

Don't think I've ever been in a restaurant that doesn't serve coffee until I went to Chili's. It was a cold day and coffee would have been wonderful. Wonder why they don't offer coffee?

If you’re looking for a solid meal for a great deal, the 3-For-1 is an appetizer entree and beverage for one combo price. Our server (a long time employee with a kind and professional approach) JB was especially attentive and friendly and we got to watch a little football too! As the chain restaurants go Chili’s is always a consistent choice!

I ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak on the "3 for me" deal on the back of the menu (options start at $10.99). I paid $16.99 for a salad (or chips and salsa), drink, and steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The value was great! Service was super fast at this location. I went (off hours) between lunch and dinner. I also had the daily margarita special and the mini molten lava cake for dessert. Everything was great, above average.
