My family and I come here frequently. We always have the best service but tonight was exceptional. Thank you to Laura, Laurie and staff. My son is autistic and every time we get Laurie as a server she takes extra care to cater to his requests. Thank you! The staff here is awesome!

Sam was amazing! What a great experience tonight with Sam, and the staff present tonight at 7:58pm on 4/10/24. Great energy, great customer service, the food came out within minutes, Manager was very friendly and kind, it was such a great time! Thank you!

margarita was so-so. salt on only half of rim. its as if they cant spare a lime?!? the fruit slices are too thin. server did not bring water. no garnish on plates. feels like a cheap experience.

What a delight! I hadn’t been to this location in years due to a very dirty bathroom that scared me away. I had heard some good reviews on TikTok and heard of some new specials and decided to give Chili’s another shot. IM SO GLAD I DID! Our server (Tony) was so nice, he gave us delicious suggestions when we weren’t sure what we wanted. He was very attentive even though busy. We were even treated with a desert on the house. I will definitely be putting Chili’s on the rotation of comfort restaurants. Thank you, Tony and Laura for changing my mind on Chilis. We will definitely be back! Ps. The bathrooms were clean!

Everything first class, flavor and atmosphere. Very well attended. It was happy hour for me. Two beers . For a payment.
The waitress was took a long time before taking our order but we didn’t mind. The problem occurred when my husbands food arrived and she proceeded to tell me that they were out of what I ordered. I was like you couldn’t have informed me beforehand so I could order something else. And she’s like I forgot. I was very upset and ended up no eating anything. And not even getting an apology about the situation

Myers have represented you and your team well. Laura, the manager here, has her staff well trained and attentive to the needs of their customers. And I know what I’m talking about. I’ve been in management for over 22 years. I saw how Laura encouraged her staff with praise and smiles. I saw how she took small moments as an opportunity to teach, all while only taking 6-10 seconds of their time and allowing them to quickly return back to their duties. As she did so, I noticed the positive response from her team.Laura has done a fantastic job here and you can be proud of the job she has continually done. As I walked in, the host Michelle and Carlos greeted me with big smiles. The kitchen did a gr8 job at getting the food out quickly ( and it’s Friday). My server Saige kept my water full (I had 6 cups) and was very very attentive to us.I want all my Fort Myers/Cape Coral neighbors to know; if your looking for a good time in a clean atmosphere with a staff that cares about pleasing the customer, you’ve found it here at CHILIS store #1290 East FT.
