Chili's Grill & Bar

We waited too long to get ackknowledemen, menus, service. It was 11 am, be ready or open later! Server definitely no personality. Overcharged us and when correctly fixing bill, it looked like we needed another adjustment. We hadn't been at a chili's for a while and it appears we won't go back to that one in Fort Myers.

Arrived with 2 children, asked for a booth. Seated us in the bar. Having a bar server not the best ?

Best Chilis in the area. Clean with excellent service.

Our server was 5 stars. We had a slight issue with one of the meals and she corrected it immediately. Not going with more stars overall because one of the plates had cold and stale food. Also one of the tables nearby had dirty plates and glasses from previous patron that went uncleaned for almost the entirety of our visit. This might be from being understaffed but it makes one wonder what else is going on that is unseen.Again, our server was friendly and great. She was the one thing that stood out.

Nicole the manager was very nice. However our server joe (big guy) was extremely rude. We were there for about 45 minutes to an hour and saw him twice. He doesn’t care about your experience there obviously, each time we saw him we either got attitude or no answer. When he brought us our change he threw it down, we said thank you and he walked away without saying anything.Definitely do not recommend coming to this location as the service is poor and the server joe is rude and obviously hates his life. The only thing they have going is a nice manager.

My mother and I walked into Chili’s at this location and there was no hostess or anyone to welcome people coming in. The bartender was very busy watching television and servers were serving some tables. We waited 10 minutes by the hostess’s stand and no one approached us. I finally called the phone number listed .A lady answer the phone and I asked if there was a hostesses that can welcome the customers and she replied “no”.We walk to the bar area and the bartender I processed let us know that they were on a weight and that we had to wait until the servers catch up in order for them to help us, ask the bartender can we wait here at the bar table he was not very happy with that answer your question and he said if you want to but no one is going to come to you to assist you so you gonna have to just wait there with no service. So we sat down and started looking for another place to go and eat while I observe Mr. bartender was watching television and he may not have the courtesy of offering that even a soda or a glass of water. We are totally amazed about their bad service, not to mention trash on the floor , careless for people none of those people should be working in the service industry. I advise everyone not to support this restaurant especially the local clientele that we are. Shame on you Chili’s for hiring people that have no class no respect people are vulgar.

Chip flakes and burnt Quesadillas. Food and service is normally pretty good but both service and food have been off lately. After my food was brought to me it took 2 servers and 15 minutes to get my ranch that comes with the (chicken bacon “ranch”). Once I was done it took another 20 minutes to get the desert which was pretty banging I’ll admit.

What an absolute disappointment this evening has turned out to be.My dinner was delicious. So, kudos and thanks to the kitchen.I sat at the bar at 8p and it took nearly 20 mins for someone to walk behind the bar and greet me. I ordered a sweet tea and that took another 10 minutes. Granted, it came with apologies, but the service did not improve, throughout the night, at all. The bartender/server would occasionally ask me if I needed anything, but would not deliver on ANYTHING I asked for until at least 10 mins had passed. It's 10.05 right now, 2 hours to order, be served, eat and still waiting on my bill.She's as sweet and polite as can be, but this really doesn't erase the fact that service is lacking.I hope things get better.No service at the bar, for hours.10.23 and I'm still waiting for my bill. Mind you, 2 other customers AFTER me, have gotten theirs.I won't be returning to this location.A pity, because my food was EXCELLENT.

Service very poor, but not rude. Wrong drink, forgot condiments - had to ask 3 staff, 4 times to get blue cheese. Burger & extra mayo sat under lamp until mayo was hot to touch and yellow. Burger was dry, over cooked(Didn't ask how we wanted it done). We understand staffing difficulties, but this was beyond that.

We have been to Chili's 3 times recently, 2 different locations -- every time leaving without eating.First time, what few customers were there were all FREEZING; AC was way too COLD. Some wearing jackets. Others left right after us without eating.Next 2 times, we waited and waited and waited to be seated. One time, we were told no available tables available (translation: no wait staff) We left.Today, we walked in to see only 2 tables with 2 customers each filled. Again, we waited. (at 2:30 in the afternoon. ) After watching bartender check 5 TVs, stack a few glasses, we left. No wait staff was seen.Came to another restaurant nearby and was immediately waited on quickly.What has happened to Chili's? I know EVERYONE is short staffed but other places are continuing to conduct business normally. For 4 years,we have eaten at Chili's 3 times a month. But today was the last time we will enter your doors.Applebee's, Cheddars,, Olive Garden, etc are all short staffed as well and yet we have NEVER experienced the issues we have at Chili's. Something needs to change or it will be going the way of other restaurants BANKRUPTCY

Went in and waited over 15 minutes, and was not greeted. The workers were walking around, and didn't even acknowledge our presence. They were walking around like they were all in a bad mood, throwing thing's around, giving us dirty looks. So we left. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend. The Chili's on Six Mile Cypress is friendlier.

So I went to this location twice, mistake. The first time I was thinking that since it was practically empty it could possibly be why the service was relatively slow. Next time same thing! I went to put in an order to go and servers will literally walk right past you multiple times without so much as even an acknowledgement of asking if you’ve been helped. The service here is below subpar AT BEST! It’s truly saddening, it’s as if they do not care to be working. The staff here truly needs a lesson in hospitality because it definitely isn’t present at this establishment.

This place is absolutely disgusting the food was Ice cold and it was so nasty that we couldn't even eat it. The water tastes like toilet water the forks were dirty no paper towels it's like something right out of a third world nation your going to love it . Creepy place Noone inside !!! Broken tv's the waiter asked me if I can fix the tv's ..... we waited for our food for over an hour keep in mind the place was empty.
