I ordered general t s chicken and received sweet and sour chicken I ordered on the web and got time changes as to when it would be cooked to order I like sweet and sour chicken and tried to eat it this made to order chicken was lacking any moisture. Not edible. Called and talked to owner and was told my chicken was gen. t s and not sweet @ sour. Hence this review. The supposedly busy restaurant was completely empty when I picked up my food. Eat there if you don't t mind throwing your $ away on fresh cooked food at some point . who knows when added note. Look at the owner's answer. This answer speaks for itself and shows the quality of the food is based on the quality of the owner.

My wife and I love this Chinese Restaurant! It is by far the best in Fort Myers and the cleanest! We have consistently received the same service and quality of food everytime we order or eat at this restaurant. They do cook their chicken a little longer and it's extra crispy...which we love(no risk of raw chicken)! No matter what we have ordered it is always amazing and consistent!! We call and place our order and we have never had any issues! The woman who we assume is the owner, she is very nice and makes sure everything is good quality! We enjoy their food and they are always very nice to us! Their dining room may not be packed full of diners but we don't usually see people eating there but there is always a line of cars or people for take out. So please don't let the empty chairs fool you this is by far the BEST Chinese food in town! I'm also disabled and I come in with my service dog and walker, they have been nothing but nice even on occasion when I go in alone they help me out to the car! Thank you we appreciate your kindness and your food is always GREAT!!! We will always support this local Restaurant!!!

We ordered our food online. It said an hour and 30 minutes. I called to confirm and they said the same thing. We got there the cook was laying on the couch in the dining area of the restaurant. We also ordered Coca-Cola online and a Mountain Dew and all we got was Pepsi's. The General Tsao chicken was so overcooked almost broke a tooth on it. When you double fry you don't fully double fry! Won't be going back again !!!

They never answer the phone and finally when they pick up they say they aren’t open when the google listing says they close at 11pm i have been calling since 10pm and it’s 10:16pm now. I’ve eaten here in the past their food is ok I only tried to order because everyone else is closed. That’s the worst thing about Fort Myers all the Food restaurants close at 9pm or 9:30 pm where’s the good Chinese restaurants that you can call at 1am for some good food. That’s what I mias most about Chicago.

Not your typical Chinese restaurant. I always say if you have to wait on the food, it's because they're making it fresh and that's exactly how it tastes! I ordered bourbon Chicken, pork fried rice, and wonton soup. I waited about fifteen minutes for the meal and it was WELL worth it. The egg roll was perfect also. Might come in to sit down and eat one day!

I sat here looking at the menu not a single person came in or out in 15 minutes and not a single person was eating inside. But she was sitting on her boyfriend's lap in the corne of the public lobby. I don't think they were busy I think they didn't wanna work and had other obvious priorities. Rude. I'll never bother coming back. Embarrassing the service that represents our area.

Tried this China restaurant about a year ago. The place kind of smelled off but I wrote it off as maybe they were cleaning or something. Just went back last night and swelled like sewer water, I would have walked out at that moment but food was already ordered , food was absolutely disgusting. ? Even the Noodles overcooked but mostly I couldn't get past the way it the restaurant smelledWould not recommend this place especially with so many other places within walking distance.

I wish I could give a lower review than 1I ordered through door dash and they forgot something. They were rude when I spoke to them and said they remember putting it in the bag. Why would I then choose to drive all the way there after paying a $13 tip if it was in the bag. Then I get here and they said ohhh.. I thought you said you weren’t coming. I made it extremely clear I was coming down. I even told them I had to get dressed… seriously. So now I am waiting for the food and giving this review. And NO compensation just RUDE

I’ve been picking up from this place for about 2 years now. Love the food and the portions they give. My go-to is the sesame chicken with rice.For those leaving bad reviews over delivery through 3rd party apps, you should consider visiting the store instead. You’ll get your food fresh instead of having to wait an additional 45min to an hour after the food has been made. This isn’t the restaurants fault.
