This woman, the manager of this Chipotle, is quite unprofessional in her dealings with customers. Her manner is anything but friendly. She shouldn't tarnish Chipotle's prestigious name like this. We won't be coming back here. I hope they fire her.

I can belive the Manager in this restaurant have preference to customer, I been in this restaurant ,and make the line like other people to get good salads serve and when it was my turn the Manager told the girl the server to do less in my salad like if she is the one going to eat it and then she charged it like if I was getting the same of the people the was front of me. This woman don't had no business to work with customer if she so insecure and used her work to affect other. This restaurant is not cheap and the service it should be the same for everyone and it You ask to put a little more want to charged a arm and the leg ridiculous. Probably she putting the money in her packet.

The place was dirty, not a single clean 🧼 table, and staff just standing around 🤨. Food good but for heaven sakes who ever prepared the steak 🥩 PUT THE PEPPER SHAKER DOWN, it totally ruined my bowl 🥣. All I could taste was black pepper 😝

Was an average chipotle experience, not the best seasoned/tasting protein but not the worst if it’s convenient for you. Maybe chipotles overall standards for taste have gone down but their prices do continue to go up. Will give this spot another try next time I’m around and hopefully update this from 4/5 to 5/5, overall solid but would atleast expect them to have the vinaigrette dressing made at all times.

This location is so disgustingly unclean. The tables are all filthy and neither bathroom was useable. The women’s restroom had an overflowing toilet that was all over the floor. The men’s restroom had urine sprayed all over the toilet and on the walls and floor. The container holding the forks and knives had food and trash in them. Not a single employee seemed to be bothered to clean or take care of the restrooms or the restaurant in general. If that’s how they take care of the FOH, I can’t imagine they take care of the BOH where customers can’t see.

Disgusting. Ordered a burrito bowl today and the guacamole was completely brown and mushy. It tasted disgusting. There was almost no meat and even though I asked for half chicken, half steak, I only saw a few pieces of steak. Will never order from here again.
All the available tables were dirty as well as the floor. When I asked to have the table cleaned I got no verbal response, she didn't ask what table and began to clean the others first. The food server was really nice and the food was good.

Went in to order a kids meal at Chipotle and they tried to charge me $11 — more than a regular adult bowl. I asked if that was correct and they said yes, no explanation. On top of that, I just wanted to pay for salsa by itself and they flat-out refused. Since when is salsa some exclusive item you can’t purchase separately?
