Been a rough couple of days! Buddy and I had chicken dishes Saturday afternoon at the 6 Mile Cypress Chipotle. Been here several times before with no issues. Think we BOTH got food poisoning! ? Been coming out both ends!!! Spent the better part of Saturday night, all day Sunday and into Monday puking and running to bathroom John. Butt is sore , nothing left to puke or poop out!!! Not good! Didn't have any vegetables at all and food seemed OK initially. Tasted good then 3-4 hours later all hell breaking loose. Not sure if I will ever go back , undecided right now. Maybe a new cook in back or unsanitary conditions. Really wonder if anyone else was sick as a dog Saturday evening too. Come on guys ,

I came into the restaurant at about 2:37pm seeing a drab establishment. Though my 1st time at this specific chain the staff behind the counter had no patience for me asking what stuff was even though there wasn't anyone in line behind me. The food is really good, but the service isn't. I'll just go next door for a healthy meal next time at the Pollo-Tropical.

i went today like 40 minutes before closing and the employees working there gave me attitude for no reason!! food was cold and they had no chicken or other fresh ingredients. i felt like i was committing a crime by asking for topics. i am not the kind of person who leaves reviews but this time i want to speak up. i work at a restaurant also but i don’t give attitude to nice people. do better.

I don’t understand the low reviews. I ordered two bowls online, they were ready when i got there, and probably weighed 5lbs each. Didn’t ask for extra anything, it’s easily three meals per bowl. Great portions, very tasty. Maybe they stepped it up since the low reviews or those are just haters using TikTok scams to try and get a meal for like .99 cents.

Look I understand that inflation might still be here but there’s absolutely no reason why extra half a scoop of “chicken” should cost $4.80!!!!! I ordered a bowl white rice, double chicken, drink, chips. My total was $21.80!!!!!! For one person. My chips were more stale than my love life. When I pointed that out to the young lady behind the counter she simply apologized and stated that they did not have anymore. So I was stuck chewing on cardboard with my expensive chicken. I couldn’t get past the $4.80 for extra chicken. To top it off I decided to continue my disappointing in this place and visited the bathroom and all I am going to say is…..if a store has a dirty bathroom it will most likely have dirty food.

It was amazing experiment at this location. We ordered veggie bowl and it was very very fresh and heathy. My little one 6 years old had enjoyed bowl first time. I love chipotle so so much after this experience

Chipotle is still the same ever and I'm happy about that because you can get what you want when you need it and have a beer and a burrito while your out there enjoying your time shopping and working hard. The only problem is beer and a chicken burrito is 15 bucks, so....
