Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very rude employees. Was there to pick up an order, an employee cut us and then they began casually talking. Then rolled their eyes when we went to talk. I gave them my order name and they asked if it was correct. I pointed out that the stickers said 1/3 and 2/3 bags. They then rolled their eyes once more and said, yeah it’s only two bags. Absolutely zero customer service.

It’s chipotle. Good food, quick and easy. But it’s a plain restaurant to eat.

Went to Chipotle at 10pm on Saturday 11/21/25 to order food.. Chairs were stacked on the table and the floors were wet with mop water.. Much to my surprise when ordering a steak bowl the lady says that they don't have any more steak and only chicken and they close at 11. This is not the first time... Lazy work staff that aim to walk out of the restaurant at closing instead of serving customers until close and staying after to clean and maybe leave at 1130 or midnight.. A restaurant like this displays laziness and will reflect in the future of the restaurant's poor management.

Went there for lunch and the two people putting food in my bowl was barley putting any food in there I had to complain. The girl working literally only put 5 strands of lettuce in the bowl when I asked. Even the lady behind me looked at me with concerns.

Bad attitude for employees This Chipotle was terrible. The food tasted old and the ingredients were not fresh at all. My bowl was cold, the rice was hard, and the portion was extremely small. The staff was rude and didn’t care about fixing my order. The place was also dirty. Very disappointing experience — I will not come back.

All meats are very dry, do not even attempt to order the Carnitas. Portion sizes are terrible, the workers try to make you pay more after giving half a scoop of meat. I recommend going to any other chipotle because this one is the worst option.

This was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food was cold, and the staff members were extremely rude. The portions were also terrible — I was given barely any rice, yet when a customer they seemed to know came in, his bowl was filled to the brim with white rice. Very disappointing experience overall.

Meat was dry, they give half a scoop of rice/beans/meat because half of it falls off the ladle by the time it even gets to your bowl/burrito.

i’ve tried to give this place a chance but after today i can’t. there’s always people walking around in the back snd talking but not enough help on the line. RUDE lady taking orders talking shit under her breath in another language (around 3pm on 11/8) i don’t need to speak her language to know what she was saying and know that she had an attitude. if you don’t like your job QUIT. she made every person in line feel like a nuisance. then i ordered 2 fountain drinks only to find out there was absolutely no carbonation in the machine. they were all completely flat. when I brought it up to staff they said yeah we know its just water. why wouldn’t you say something to me when i paid for the drink? because no one cares? i hope management does something about this location.

I've been to other Chipotles and they serve what's supposed to be on your plate. There was a dark-skinned girl serving and it seems like she's stingy with the food. I don't understand why, especially since you're paying for the food.

Terrible service. The girl who serves me treated me very rudely, as if she were giving me the food for free. Also, the portion was extremely small compared to previous times. They really need to evaluate their staff better because it seems like they're giving the food away. I pay for good service and treatment.
