This chipotle sucks.. not customer service friendly. I walk in there is no sour cream I asked if they had they said they ran out, I look to the right and there’s sour cream in the to go orders. I asked politely if they’d be able to put sour cream from there and she said no that’s to go orders.. that’s ridiculous.

I went in tonight with my family , we tried to get white rice & the lady said there was no more only option was brown rice then she gives the person behind us the rest of the white rice. She asked would you like cheese I said yes not realizing it was cheese sauce & not shredded cheese so I asked her to please change it she got upset and was like well now I have to throw it out with an attitude. Then once to the next station I ask for guacamole & they also don’t have it so I decided that I didn’t want it because they don’t have the options on the menu that were asked for & once again the lady gets really disrespectful and starts talking shit to the other employees & was really rude. I most definitely want to speak to the General Manager & will be making sure this gets escalated as that lady was completely disrespectful to me and in front of other customers. It is all on camera, I will make sure this gets escalated & will come back in person if necessary.

Edit: business has severely gone down hill at this location. I avoid it now.

Parking lot full of trash, trash cans inside full, out of steak, white rice, and ice in ice machine. Empty bottles of hot sauce everywhere. Toilet paper from peoples shoes in the dining area. Absolute disgusting and unsatisfying experience

Shrinkflation has taken hold, you ask for double meat and they give you 4 extra pieces of chicken. You ask for extra rice because they’ve halved the normal portion and they won’t give you more. One time they threatened to charge me for extra cheese, since when is that the policy??

I patronize at this branch frequently but the reality is, the quality has seriously gone downhill and the portions are becoming smaller and smaller each time. At almost $12 a meal (steak bowl) I would definitely recommend patronizing another establishment. Chipotle no longer offers value for money.

If I could give a negative star review for service, I we would. 2 visits both horrible service. The eye rolls and huffing because some one places an order is unexceptable.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Employee there frequently (woman with dark long hair, black polo, and glasses) had refused to give me toppings I asked for after looking me up and down and saying I don't need them- insinuating it was because of my body. My fiance went back, and they completely ignored all instructions for toppings. Order inedible. This is a terrible establishment.
