Food is good, IMO Chipotle is very consistent and reliable. Getting expensive, $15 for a bowl and a drink with no extras. People who serve the food could be a bit more friendly.

This place is terrible!! I’m here now it’s over an hour until close and they refuse to make anything fresh!!!! Do not come here the staff is lazy and young and it’s terrible!! Don’t waste your money or time!!! take the drive to a better chipotle!l the “cook”Was sitting there eating but would make no fresh steak or fajita veggies it’s not many places to eat here but don’t waste your time here!!!!! Just left and won’t be back!!!

It's 8:40 pm at the Chipotle on South Cleveland in Fort Myers. There's a really long line, and Chipotle management in their wisdom only has one person taking orders and preparing the orders. This is very poor management of resources.

If you go to the location at 12631 South Cleveland avenue be prepared to see a big mess. Food dripped all over the food station when I mentioned it to my host Jackie she replied with a very sarcastically yeah.... She slept all the food in a bowl. Proceeding to check out the counter at the register was so filthy. At that point I just denied my order.

Ordered triple meat burrito. It came with less than half of ONE scoop after charging almost $12 for the extra meat. Absolute robbery, this location will scam you, stay away!

The Burrito was pretty average I have to say. The tortilla was nearly see through...not what I remember. The fillers were mostly fresh. The row of stools for patrons to sit on looked raty...really really needed scrubbing. NoWow! Here.
Food is delicious and serving sizes are big. I come here all the time for lunch or dinner. The only fault I can find is the paper straws they use for drinks. I HATE paper straws… maybe I’m a bad person for that but there you go. I take maybe 3 sips of my drink before the straw starts to disintegrate. The paper sticks to the inside of my mouth…. The whole experience with paper straws is terrible. If you plan on getting a drink, do yourself a favor and bring your own straw. HOWEVER, everything else about this restaurant I would 10/10 recommend!

Asked for extra meat (steak) and server Jen had an attitude and gave me literally 2 extra small little pieces I then asked her for a spoon full and told her I didn’t mind the upcharge and she proceeded with an attitude. I get to the register and explain how Jen gave me attitude and the person at the register goes to say “oh it’s been a long day” I’m like you’re kidding me right!? I have long days every day but I don’t take that out on customers. I won’t be returning to this location horrible customer service.

Horrible service very unprofessional. Restaurant closes at 10 placed and order for pick up got to the restaurant at 9:40 they were already cleaning the grill and stated they didn't have enough food to fulfill my order. Started speaking to each other in Spanish saying “ i just want to go home” not knowing I'm Puerto Rican smh. Over 50 dollar order and they Tell me to come back tomorrow to get my refund, now they say it a take 3-5 business days to get it back on my card due to it being an online order. Never going back!!

I bought a 20 dollar bowl and chips and queso on doordash tonight expecting steak and extra chicken what I got was literally 4 pieces of chicken and 1 piece of steak and stale chips with cold cheese wouldn’t recommend ordering food from here didn’t even receive any sort of
