Came in an hour before closing. I got a chicken bowl and was given probably 6–7 tiny pieces of chicken that was left over before replacing with a full/fresh chicken container. I asked for a little more chicken since I was barely given any and the employee rolled their eyes at me and put a couple more but honestly that made me feel uncomfortable since I’m paying for the food yet was given barely any chicken that was not fresh. Which I even saw them throw the whole container of chicken away since as I stated I got there not long before closing so I’m not sure why I was given the scraps before replacing a new fresh container of chicken. Then I asked for chips and guacamole and another employee again gave attitude when asking for chips and they had no guacamole (which is fine since it was end of the day). The restaurant was extremely messy. The floors were covered in soapy water coming from underneath the counter. All of the tables were covered in food and not clean. Trash cans were overflowing with trash that needed to be emptied. Overall the food wasn’t bad, but the service and the way the staff treated us was unacceptable. Also, they were closing up 15 minutes before closing. They told people to leave even before closing up the restaurant. Seemed like a lot of workers trying to leave early to go home. I’ve worked restaurant business and I’ve never seen service denied prior to closing time so that was shocking to me as well. Hopefully just one off experience and isn’t like this every time.

Giving it one star is even to much. This has to be the worse chipotle I’ve ever been too. Every time I go there they’re out of something. The rice was wasn’t even cooked all the way they never give you enough portions. The ice mechine wasn’t working and every drink was warm. Every table had garbage all over it and the floor was soak like a pipe burst and all they did was put out a caution wet floor sign instead of moping it up
The last time I got a bag of chips there was barely any in there and it was all broken chips won’t be coming back here any more

I hate to be that person, but customer service sucked. Waited a good hot minute before anyone took my order. While there was multiple associates visible no one greeted or said sorry for the wait. No acknowledgment at all. And all of that and they forgot to give me my chips...
I hate this location.

literally will stare at you like you don’t belong if you order a pickup order. Employees gossiping at the pickup order station while 3 of us are staring at our bags in front of there face. Order was made incorrectly beyond comprehension. Order beans, no beans inside. Ordered items on side, they were all included in the bowl AND on the side. Ordered Tomato salsa in bowl, was NOT inside my bowl. Severe decline lately absolutely gross and unprofessional. Got a bowl of soup of sour cream, chicken, queso and rice, disgusting.

I never leave bad reviews, but this place today has honestly left me no choice. All I have to say is that the serving sizes these people give you is ridiculously small, and I honestly just told them to throw the bowl away because I wasn’t going to pay for something that wouldn’t even get me a quarter way full. My suggestion is just to find a different place to eat at because you definitely won’t be close to being full at this place.

Chipotle has gotten expensive with smaller portions. The guac I paid extra for was just chopped up avocado, couldn’t enjoy it with chips. The staff wasn’t super friendly either, had to wait extra time even though I ordered ahead bc no one would hand me my food from behind the counter or greet me

First, I want to be clear that we eat at Chipotle all over the country. We are big road trip travelers and Chipotle has been our go to place for many years, when we've run out of car snacks and need a solid meal.

I have never left a review, but this one is necessary as a warning to others and this place needs to be shut down!
They were extremely rushed and I had to beg for them to even fill our bowls half way!
We ordered veggie bowls but they had no veggies AT ALL, so it was a tiny amount of rice and beans, they were out of guacamole, I asked them to refill it, they rolled their eyes and finally yelled for someone to bring them some.
It was completely brown on top, but they mixed it all together anyway and slopped about a tablespoon on top of our bowls.
I asked for cheese and lettuce, they gave us a smidgen of both, but as they were adding it sloppily, some fell on the counter into a puddle of stagnant water. They literally picked the cheese and lettuce up out of the dirty puddle of water and put it in the bowls!
I asked the girl at the checkout if they are on timers and if they get in trouble and she said yes.
This location needs to be shut down for unsanitary conditions, rude employees and lack of any care for the customers.

the rice was raw, crunchy and very salty. The chicken was charred. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable.

The absolute worst chipotle in Fort Myers.

Went to this location at about 9pm on Feb 4. Brown rice and white rice was raw and crunchy!! The chicken was burnt. 5-7 staff members at the front but only 2 serving. The others were cleaning and on the phone.

Very disappointed from this location, The rise was uncooked, and also the food station was a mess, and an employee crossed contaminated ingredients with an unpleasant lack of hygiene and not professional at all, as if it was a pe class.

Kid sized portion for a regular bowl. The cashier was super rude when asked for more considering the portion was so small. I asked for the manager and said he was on break 10 min into opening. Never coming back the worst experience ever especially being 9m pregnant.

Awful management. Highly recommend corporate take some time to revisit location and go over the standards a corporation this size should have but are clearly lacking at this location
