Wretched filth. Plain and simple. The bowls are sloppy and poorly constructed. The scoops of rice and chicken are horribly proportioned. Use of a magnifying glass would be recommended to be able to see the chicken amounts in the bowl. Chicken has watery texture. I do not recommend.

I’ve eaten at Chipotles throughout the country for the last 10 year. With a frequency that I’m borderline embarrassed to admit.This chipotle is the worst I’ve ever been to. The portions are minuscule even when ordering and paying for double meat. The food itself is bland, under seasoned and watery. My office gets chipotle for lunch once or twice a week and we will now be driving out of our way to go to a different location. Very disappointing.

Seriously short staffed with overflowing garbage in eatting area. We didn't have silverware or napkins available to us without waiting again in line. Better to go to other locations.

First and last time ever eating from this location. Paying $13 for a bowl and it coming half full is quite disappointing. The steak inside of the bowl was not even edible. Can’t believe I would rather order chicken from a place known for salmonella. Added a photo of my untouched meal.

Paid $12 for a steak/chicken bowl with extra white rice, does this look full to you? Let alone extra? Feel like the whole bowl had maybe 10 pieces of protein & one tiny scoop of rice. Then we asked for utensils and napkins & of course we didn’t get any. Extremely disappointed in my dinner choice tonight, should’ve gone elsewhere. Whole family ordered (5 different orders) and all had the same issue.

Worst chipotle you will ever visit . Filthy inside . Rude staff. They basically don’t like to give you any food . Hardly any rice even though I asked for a bit extra . I asked for guac on the side as I knew they’d be tight in the bowl , and even then the cup was only half full . Never not been full after a chipotle bowl and now I’m still starving after eating this one . Avoid this location and make the extra trip to the location near coconut point
This location is awful! The food is often VERY bland, you need salt and an imagination to make the food tasty at times. This time, all we wanted were two Kid’s meals (tacos), easy right??The latest issues tonight were as follows:No pinto beans.No tortillas (how in the world does a restaurant that specializes in tacos run out of tortillas?)BAD ATTITUDES!! This is by far the worst issue of all as all the others could be resolved with a positive attitude. No one wants to be there and boy does it show.“Forgot” chips and apple juice for one of the Kid’s meals.There’s No way to use my rewards as they can’t scan.The experience at this location continues to go down. We usually use the online portal to avoid the terrible attitudes but even that wasn’t working. This place is awful! I will shout it from the rooftops for all to hear. An average of 3.5 out of 5 on Google is wayyyyyy too high for this location.

To say the least this will probably be the last time I am at this Chipotle until they actually get some management who’s decent enough to have the restaurant clean and look over the staff who’s cooking the food because I’ve went to this many times and every single time it’s another disappointment after another if they don’t have something they’re rude if they’re not rude they don’t wanna put more food on your bowl like? i’m paying you it’s not even free and you can’t put more food come on. And then it’s seasoning on the food like I brought my food home and had to eat it watered down because of how much salt and spices they put on it. It was crazy to say the least 0 stars till they hopefully do something about it Love chipotle but not this store to be specific.

Ordered 4 bowls from Uber eats. Pull the lid off to find an absolute disaster!!! A small scoop of undercooked rice and stale meat- 2 chicken, one steak, and one barbacoa. I brought my order to the store to ask them to fix it. Unable to help because they were about to close and had nothing made, or they were completely out of ingredients - lettuce, salsa, corn, pinto beans, sour cream, fajita peppers. Told me to take it up with Uber. ABSOLUTE JOKE and I'm out $70.At least tacobell is right around the corner.

Total chaos in there, order on app, said be ready at particular time, got there and still waited 25 mins. When I got my food it looked like a 6 year old made it. Mostly rice with a spoonful of meat. Very disappointing. Will not go back. Never believe what they show on the commercial.
