I have my daughter's first birthday there. The staff could have been a little bit happier. Also the pizza wasn't that great and also when you get a package your kids got to also pay separately to go in in the trampoline area and this climbing area which I think was crazy cuz we already paid for the party package and I'm supposed to be free play all day. Well not for that area and most the kids want it in the area so they're throwing a fit cuz some people couldn't afford $15 for their kid to go in which I think is the crazy price but otherwise that at the end it turned out all right

Manager with short black hair, and old lady with dark long curly hair have the most horrible attitude with parents and kids. My daughter won some tickets and wanted some toys from the front toy section. And we told very rudely by these two individuals that my child could not get the toy she selected because they were unable to get the toys from the section due to not having access to get it while their had 3 jar full of toys. The manager came and rudely and gave us the toy after having to say I will be contacting corporate and submitting this review. How are they able to tell parents which type of toys out kids should gets when we are the customer. This location lacks customer service and they have people working here that hate being around kids.

This is our third time celebrating a birthday party at chuck e cheese's and it did not disappoint. We were running a few minutes behind with traffic and they threatened to cancel my party but made within the 10 min. All of the headache disappeared when we met Des. She took care of our party well. Very sweet young lady and she made sure we had everything we needed for our party. Thank you Des for making our experience amazing and making my boys happy. We will definitely be back and yes we have a bronze membership that is totally worth it. Thier party packages are worth it and you cant go wrong with the pizza is great as well as the boneless chciken wings.

My son and I always have a blast at Chuck E's! We are silver membership holders ($11.99 a month). If you go once a month it pays for itself! You get 30% food and fun zone and 100 play points daily, it's an awesome deal! I like the pizza, especially stuffed crust, yum! Salad bar, big cookie, and the wings are good too. My son always finds prizes he likes at the end. The employees we have interacted with have been nice. Great option for after school fun or on a weekend!

Bradley needs to be removed as the owner he is rude your cashiers are rude as well try hiring people who arent in highschool or along the less who work with a smile and then you have teenagers talking about vapes and drugs in front of my five year old this establishment needs a change i will make a recommendations hire a different crowd switch things up not just a highschool hang out this is for kids . i remember when i would go to chucky e chesse and they hire everyone . this location is rude and racist and your chucky mascot needs to be more fun 47 years of birthday celebration If you're going change the song, at least do it right. I pay the monthly pass just to have kids escorted out the trampoline park which now is extra and some of the games are broken. Seeing my toddler and preschool aged kids face so sad as the worker literally grabbed them to remove them. Noone should touch someones kids and they are just kids and dont understand..Noone barely uses it because its not worth a extra plus socks. Staff is rude. Nope canceling my membership and never going back. Will spend the money at happy days where everything is included and staff dont put hands on guests kids

Ashley is the best. this young lady went out of her way for my daughter. who is here for a party. the check in guy was great. BUT THE CASHIER. RUDE AS EVER. I get this is not a end all job. but being nasty to a 16 yr old girl is uncalled for. Ashley need a raise.
