Such great food and staff here. I have been looking for a place on the gulf coast to eat veal parmesan that is cooked correctly. Finally. Found it. You can cut it with your fork and enjoy it. The last veal parm I've eaten this good was in Boston's North End. We made reservations because it is very busy here. Now I know why. Even the hallway leading towards the bathroom is classy. Awesomeness place.
Excellent food and service. We made early reservations and the place was full when we left.
I had a friend with me who frequents Cibo (pr. CHEE bow) and he made the recommendations for us. Samon, chicken Marsala, and rigatoni with chicken in oil were excellent! A daily special served elk that was fantastic, enough for two people!

Been dinning since they opened and that is always our first choice when the question comes up where do you want to go for dinner tonight. Never had a bad meal or service in 20 years.
