They don’t care about this location. They weren’t closed for another hour and the window was still filled with products so I waited because I saw them trying to clean up for a bit. 5 mins went by and each employee is just occasionally glancing at me while I wait at the register and talk to each other but don’t acknowledge me. I said excuse me a few times and nothing. There was a man eating ice cream or something from the machine right in front of me and didn’t say anything. I left and went to get pretzels instead at the other Auntie Annie’s in the mall and walked by again later only for there to be a line of people they were serving. Idk how considering the employees are diverse, but crazy how they ignored one black person but served 4 white people. It was good the first time I was there but their attitude is awful.

Wanted to get 2 cinnamon rolls so I waited in line and when I reached the front to order just to be told I had to wait another 7min because they just sold out so I went back and waited again but for the 2nd time just for them to tell me again they sold out and then to tell me I had to wait in line again for the 3rd time so I left. This place needs to be reevaluated and needs better leadership.

I was going to buy 2 cinnamon rolls when they just ran out in the front but they had some almost out less than 5min in the oven when they told me to I had to go back in line to get them because they couldn't hold them so I got back in line for the second time and when I got close to the front they said I had to wait another 7min for the other ones to come out because they ran out again because they said first come first serve so I left I was not going to wait a 3rd time so in conclusion they need to evaluate this store and do a better job running their store because they're losing customers.

At first when I asked for a "Male Cinnamon Roll" the cashier wasn't sure what I meant. I had to tell him "with nuts". We both had a chuckle! ? Cinnabon is always good!

I stopped by today and saw three small roaches on the jars in the display below….i never backed out of buying food so fast before. That’s disgusting? I know it was only small ones but that usually means they have an infestation. Somewhere in there I apologize for not photographing it.

If I could give no stars, I would. I was treated rudely, and told I could not buy four cinnabons, I had to take the four pack, that was the last one on the rack and looked like it was from the day before. If I am spending $20 for baked goods, I want fresh. I was told I could buy two. I have never in my life walked into a store and been told, you can only have two, pandemic toilet paper aside. I was also told I couldn't get in line and get two more. My husband loves Cinnabons, and I had to drive for 40 minutes to get to Edison Mall to buy them, for his once a year New Year's eve tradition. The kind lady behind me in line heard what the clerk was telling me and she looked at me and mouthed, I will get them for you. I gave her money and she did just that. There are kind people left in this world, they just don't work at Cinnabon. When I asked the clerk why I could only have two, she said "that was the rule". Wow. Needless to say, my husband will not be continuing his tradition, and will have to wait to find his treat somewhere else.

Came to order a four pack of Cinnabon, because eight that's the name of the place correct? Was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes waited in line again get to the register to be told it'd sold out again. This place is a joke it's ran by unprofessional leaders that can't put in to perspective its a holiday should be making extra everything. I want a four pack not two of them I will not be returning to this location I will be writing corporate. You are a joke you need to reevaluate your leadership, don't tell a customer to come back in 15 minutes and not have what you promised...

A completely pathetic, torn up "fresh" $6 Cinnabon Classic Roll! Just opened the box when I got home. Disgusting. Was it half eaten or just carelessly pulled apart and thrown in the box?!
