closing. Covid 19 is real and lots of people already has got the virus after been there. Hope all bars get closed. People now these days don't use their brains.

I have been looking for a local restaurant/bar close to home. I thought I would try Club Maguey as it was close and appeared to be mostly locals. The Owner's write up stated there was Security so I felt safe in trying it. I met the owner, Brenda, when I sat down at the bar. She is a very pleasant lady and the main cook. She suggested I try a mixed plate with chicken, pork and steak tacos and burrito. It was delicious! Served with a HOT red chili. I enjoyed it with a bottle of beer. They have a special "bucket" of your choice of five beers for $20. Reasonable for beer in a bar. It is a family business. I met her brother and some of her kids who work there. All were really great people. As the night wore on it filled up, to my enjoyment, with many attractive women. I met the Security guys. Really super guys and secured my feelings of safety. One star off as it is not a smoking bar which i would like. A plus for some people.
