I just left the store and buy 3 ice cream the products are very good i came back for cup a water and she gives hot water acutely she take front left side of the fauce and I ask you some ice she say not enjoy it's water for my kids I almost turned back i tried saying something but it's my fay off nex time more human we are people

First time in and happy they have a lower sugar vanilla option. They are very generous with the toppings as well.

Caramel truffle ice cream with heath and fudge!!! (Falls head over feet) soooooo goooood! The inside of the shop is pretty boring, and not enough tables. But the ice cream is amazing so who really cares, I guess.

The three girls working inside were very friendly and cheerful when they got a tip it felt really nice just having such positive energy while picking up our ice cream.. it was made perfectly as well

Great service at this location. We called ahead to make sure they had Malt Milkshakes. The Team Member who answered the call was enthusiastic and pleasant. When we walked in, we were greeted by smiling Josie & her Team. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The milkshake was delish and our cake batter Ice cream was also good.

I always go here and I never remember to leave a review. We love this place. So many options and the hours work with our schedules. The employees are always super nice. They greet you at the door, chat with you, never rush you, and are always really helpful. We love the singing too.

A nice place to get good ice cream. It's expensive, but the positions are large.

Other than the worker my experience was wonderful.

First time going to a cold stone creamery and i loved it! It was fascinating to watch them roll the ice cream and all the ingredients together. They have a nice variety of selection to pick from.

My family just visited this location Friday night about 20 mins before closing. I’d say our experience was awkward and uncomfortable at best.We stood at the counter for the better part of 10 mins with 3 employees behind the counter who didn’t greet us or even attempt to take our orders. It’s also worth mentioning that there were no other customers in the store at this point, only the 4 of us.After becoming frustrated one of my teenage sons began calling to one of the girls saying “ma’am, excuse me ma’am” at least 4 times before she finally acknowledged him and we asked if they could please take our order to which she responded yes and then continued with her back to us doing whatever she was doing but we began to give our order hoping someone would start making it.During this time we observed another girl (with the pink ponytail) grabbing the bottom of a really filthy dust pan off the floor with her bare hands and emptying into a trash can she had sitting on the counter in front of where we were standing. She then proceeded to immediately walk over and start making ice cream without washing her hands. I asked if one of the other girls could please remake the ice cream she already handled and complete the rest of our order as we were all completely disgusted and put off by what we just saw.The girl didn’t apologize and still didn’t wash her hands, she just hurried off to the back room and stayed back there for the rest of the time we were in the store. To be honest that was fine with us because her poor hygiene while handling food was gross and we just wanted to get our order and leave.Most everyone did enjoy their ice cream and shakes after we left except for me unfortunately. I think the cookie dough had gone bad because it had a really bad taste to it so I just tossed it out.It’s safe to say we won’t be back.
