Great service at this location. We called ahead to make sure they had Malt Milkshakes. The Team Member who answered the call was enthusiastic and pleasant. When we walked in, we were greeted by smiling Josie & her Team. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The milkshake was delish and our cake batter Ice cream was also good.

The ambience is great good location the service for spectacular. The waiter was very kind and helpful and the food was oh my god so delicious. I will be going at least once a month and I will bring my peoples to this restaurant when they come and visit me here in Cape Coral.

I always go here and I never remember to leave a review. We love this place. So many options and the hours work with our schedules. The employees are always super nice. They greet you at the door, chat with you, never rush you, and are always really helpful. We love the singing too.

My family just visited this location Friday night about 20 mins before closing. I’d say our experience was awkward and uncomfortable at best.We stood at the counter for the better part of 10 mins with 3 employees behind the counter who didn’t greet us or even attempt to take our orders. It’s also worth mentioning that there were no other customers in the store at this point, only the 4 of us.After becoming frustrated one of my teenage sons began calling to one of the girls saying “ma’am, excuse me ma’am” at least 4 times before she finally acknowledged him and we asked if they could please take our order to which she responded yes and then continued with her back to us doing whatever she was doing but we began to give our order hoping someone would start making it.During this time we observed another girl (with the pink ponytail) grabbing the bottom of a really filthy dust pan off the floor with her bare hands and emptying into a trash can she had sitting on the counter in front of where we were standing. She then proceeded to immediately walk over and start making ice cream without washing her hands. I asked if one of the other girls could please remake the ice cream she already handled and complete the rest of our order as we were all completely disgusted and put off by what we just saw.The girl didn’t apologize and still didn’t wash her hands, she just hurried off to the back room and stayed back there for the rest of the time we were in the store. To be honest that was fine with us because her poor hygiene while handling food was gross and we just wanted to get our order and leave.Most everyone did enjoy their ice cream and shakes after we left except for me unfortunately. I think the cookie dough had gone bad because it had a really bad taste to it so I just tossed it out.It’s safe to say we won’t be back.

I wrote a detailed email to corporate, but I usually go to the one in Ft. Myers. We went here because it was on the way home from SunSplash. Just really sticky and dirty, everyone was in the back when we first got there, there were some guests in the lobby. Our cake was quite sloppy (the lettering was nice, but it looked a little like the cookie monster got into it), our cupcakes and cake didn't match the description on the website...not sure if that's a corporate thing or a local thing. I wouldn't suggest this location for something as big as a birthday cake. To us, that's a special day and a big deal.

A classic in very sense of the word. With my dairy allergy forming later in life, the introduction of the silk chocolate ice cream, not to mention almond milkshake, made me come straight home! I always loved me some Cold Stone Creamery, and now I'm back! And I really mean it! Cold stone has sone of the creamiest ice creams with such delicious flavors. And the combinations make me feel as if I am getting custom Ben and Jerry's, except creamier. Yum Yum Yum-ola!

Do not buy the boo batter ice cream. They use an excessive amount of food coloring it made me sick I couldn’t even finish the ice creamIt turned my mouth blue for 2 days and I haven’t felt good since

Lexi was a doll from the moment I walked in until I left. Her cheery friendly attitude is hard to find in young workers now a days. She talked me in to a favorite of mine Creamsicle with some fruit mix ins. Definitely recommend this location!
