After telling the young lady with black hair to give my 7y old a small ice cream in a cone she decided to upgrade him on my dime to a dipped waffle bowl with out even asking i come here often normally leave a 20 dollar tip they got nothing because she helped her self. I have a diabetic daughter who couldn’t have the same as her big brother got a better dessert then her. I will no longer be coming back

Went in person to order a cake and I was told to call the next day because they didn’t know how to take cake orders. I have called 3 times today and no answer. I decided to go to a different location to order the cake.

Zero stars. Left restaurant to get coldstone for birthday desert. It says open till 10pm. Arrived prior to closing time and place was dark and closed. They didn’t answer phone either. Was highly disappointed

i love this place!! went around 9pm, the workers are always super nice and helpful! made exactly what i wanted & succeeded my expectations.

We went to this Cold Stone location last night aroun 9 pm (8/17/23). They had a bit of a rush at that time and the line went to the door. The two employees handled it with grace and ease. They were friendly and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air after experiencing subpar customer service at dinner just before this. Keep up the great work!

Went to Coldstones because I had a gift card to use, terrible experience!! Even though it was 80 degrees outside door was propped open and they had a no mix sign up. We surmised that the A/C must be out. Since we drove all the way over decided to try it anyways. Ice cream was extremely soft and toppings were set on top. Not like the Coldstone trips I’ve had in the past. The owner should have either closed the store or given a large discount. Tons of other ice cream choices in the area- will not be going back here

Saturday: Google says closes at 11pm, window of the store says close at 11pm, went at 10:28 with door locked and people inside saying they were closed.??

I paid 11$ for two small cups of ice cream, my kids only ate 2 spoons of it, and I threw it away, too sweet, not delicious at all, and I am very upset.
