I love the colorful hip-hop theme of this cookie brand. When you walk into the shop, you are greeted by a large graffiti wall, a long countertop and a refrigerator with drinks. I was disappointed to see that there was space for a seating in the shop, but no tables or seats to sit and enjoy them. Although you are not consuming the display cookies, I found the presentation of the cookies just sitting on a long table with labels, to be very low effort. For $5 a cookie, I would expect them to be displayed in a more appealing manner. Since it was our first time, we purchased a big box and tried every flavor. Overall, the cookies are large and very sweet with a nice balance of crunch and softness. Although there is potential for this atmosphere of the shop to improve, the cookies themselves are pretty good.

Cookie Plug is not too far from us and the vibe looked cool, so we stopped. The store is located in a small strip mall, has fun graphics on the walls and a very large cookie flavor selection on display. The cookies have fun names, like Bam Bam, Purple Haze and Pink Elephant. I chose the Bam Bam, which is a fruity pebbles cereal cookie and the Pixie Junkie, which is the sugar cookie with multicolor sprinkles. If you order them individually, they come in a ziplock bag, which I believe can affect the flavor. The cookies were huge and thick, I would say the typical size of other popular cookie stores. The flavor of each was average. I didn't love the sugar cookie and it was quite tough. The Bam Bam was a little better, more chewy and flavorful. They seemed like they had been sitting for a while. I went later at night, so may that's the case. I would try them again just to see if it was an off night. But overall it was meh.

It’s hard to mess up a cookie. I was so excited to try this place. It’s a cool concept but the cookies just aren’t that good. We tried 4 flavors that all basically tasted the same. They’re $5 a piece and they don’t have any icing or toppings. They also don’t serve them to you hot. You have to take them home and bake them in the oven for a few minutes. Why not just serve them hot like Crumbl and Insomnia do?

When I walked in, there was good music playing and it smelled amazing. Cool interior with Tshirts available. Ryan provided great customer service and suggested the s’mores cookie. The cookie was large, soft and delicious.

I heard the cookies were better than Crumbl and had to see for myself! Because I loveeee Crumbl! … Sadly, I was disappointed to find literally NONE of their cookies had icing. What’s a cookie shop without a good old sugar cookie with icing? You wouldn’t think that would be so hard to find. Makes me think the cookies come premade. Because iced cookies don’t ship well in the heat. And they require a little more time/effort. But I’m not sure. Just disappointed. Not my kind of cookies. ?

Who can resist a cookie! The display is lined up with the cookies and their flavors. These big fat cookies come in little bites too. Its so hard to pick a flavor because they all are good! We bought the smores and peanut butter chocolate chip. Yum

Second attempt this time the server was mad at me. I tried to get a different cookie after the middle of mine was raw.Don't know how this place is getting the positive reviews, we have tried numerous times- each time worse. I guess this is what you get for a franchised "weed graffiti influencer" shop..... but no one is any of that. Food: 0. It was rawService: Sad to call it customer service after asking for a different cookie I was told to leave and the lady got in my wife's face. Not cool.

I just tried their sprinkles cookie, honestly, the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life. And I got a chocolate chip cookie waiting for me as well. Big expectations on that. This place is the real deal. Very delicious.
