Called in 2 orders for meatloaf and 2 sides. Was told would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived about 20 minutes later for pickup. Paid cashier for orders and was told they were being prepared. About 20 minutes later I asked about orders. Was told would be ready shortly. 10 minutes later the orders showed up! Got home and started to eat. That's when I realized the size of the orders had been significantly reduced from prior sizes although the prices have gone up. Slightly...

This was a catering order. I placed the order 2 weeks before I needed it and was clear that I needed it to be on time. I showed up a little early and waiting almost 1/2 hour before they finally got my order to me. After it was placed in my car and I got back to unload I noticed that I was missing a part of my order. So I spent a ton of money to be kept waiting- food wasn't as hot as it should have been and parts of the order were not even given to me. The food itself...
