Went through the drive through and a young lady named Mari gave me the most disrespectful and disgusting attitude. I’ve never had a bad experience until today and I’m extremely disappointed. Poor costumer service skills.

We go to Culvers very often. The food is always good. The restaurant is clean and since we usually go later in the evening, it is never very crowded. I recommend Culver's.
First time at Culver’s! Absolutely loved it. My first item I had was the garlic pub burger (double lol) shout out to Jaden for the amazing service

I generally really really like Culver's. Been to several although this was my first time at this one. We'll probably skip it in the future. We simply wanted some milkshakes. Girl was kind of rude on the drive-thru speaker, then as I'm paying another girl that seemed friendlier the one that was rude slams the window shut and starts either complaining to or bitching at the other girl. And continued to give some serious attitude for the remainder of the transaction. Pulled up to wait for our milkshakes to be brought out, the young man that brought it out looked and acted like he had the worst job in the world. Also a bit short and rude. Not sure what's going on at this particular Culver's, but either some poor management has all their help upset or they need some training on how to treat customers. Again Culver's as a whole has always been great and the staff friendly. Some Senior Management definitely needs to visit this one though.
