Culver’s is the best fast food burger joint hands down. I think it is superior to In and Out Burger and Five Guys. Like all fast food chains Culver’s is not perfect. But they deliver an excellent burger as well as good service overall and great custard.
Unfortunately, I go there far too often, sometimes three times a week! Sometimes more even!
Culver’s is the best. The more I crave and eat cheeseburgers the more I appreciate Culver’s.

Went here with my husband and completely got our burger orders wrong. Asked for everything but cheese and mayo, got only mayo and cheese on mine. Husband asked for no onion no tomato got onions and tomatoes.

Ive been waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through for me and my family’s food. The person in front of me got so sick of waiting she got out of her car and demanded her food (which was a small bag probably just a single burger). I’ve worked in fast food restaurants and even I see that this is unacceptable. Never coming to this location ever again.

The food was good for a quick meal, and the fries were especially crispy. Service was fast, but the place was a bit crowded. It’s great for grabbing something on the go but not for a relaxing meal.

I recently enjoyed a burger that was simply mouthwatering from the first bite. The patties were juicy and packed with flavor, complemented by fresh, crisp ingredients—lettuce, pickles, tomato, and onion—that added a refreshing crunch to every bite. But what really set this burger apart were the pickles. They brought just the right tangy kick, balancing the richness of the beef and cheese perfectly.
The fries on the side were just as impressive. Each one was crispy and golden on the outside, but soft and tender on the inside, creating the ideal texture contrast. They’re consistently perfect every time, making them the perfect pairing for the burger.
Always had a 5/5 experience grabbing a burger here!

First time at this one, I usually go to the one off Cleveland. Super disappointed. Of course didn’t see the crap show of pretzel bites until I got home. Is that a joke? First of all you guys barely gave me any and half the ones I did get are a quarter of the size????? Thanks for the bottom of barrel pretzel bites! And the shake was barely mixed so the bottom half was all icecream smh

If negative stars were an option I would select them. I cannot believe the LACK of customer service from the manager named Samantha on 10/26/24. She was so rude unprofessional in attitude and appearance, and proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers. My drive through order was entirely messed up so I had to go into the restaurant to have it corrected. First I spoke to a male employee to let him know that the order was incorrect. Samantha then stepped in and proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay, additional fees, for them to fix the mistakes they made. I stated that the mistakes were not on my end and the order was made completely wrong. Proper customer service would be to simply correct the order. She processed to argue with me and get an attitude, which is not what a manager is supposed to do. She is in desperate need of skill training in order to properly perform her managerial and customer service duties. Managers are supposed to defuse situations and make customers happy, that is what keeps them coming back. I accepted a refund for the order and left without any food, along with a gross patronizing tone from Samantha condescending telling me to "have a nice day", instead of a sincere apology. My family and I will never come back to this awful restaurant. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service, from not preparing the simple order correctly to be treated so horribly... What a shame.

We both had single deluxe hamburgers and fries with soft drinks. $21 total for both meals. Service was good. Food was fair. The restaurant was clean and pretty quiet. No loud music, which was nice. Overall a good experience.
