This is a very clean and tidy restaurant. The front counter service was very good. Food prepared quickly and brought to your table. Burgers taste great and the milkshakes are an absolute must have. Ice creams are good too.

I ordered a concrete mixer, but it took about 10–15 minutes to receive it because the employee who prepared it had placed it out of sight, and Kayla—I believe was the manager or GM—didn’t notice it. By the time she realized, the mixer had already melted. When I returned and asked Kayla if she could remake it, she immediately handled the situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
What impressed me most was her ability to communicate why the mixer needed to be remade while keeping her composure, even as she balanced multiple tasks at once. I wanted to point out her skill for leadership and customer care.

Had a great time for lunch today with my family. Jaylen took our order and was so kind and pleasant to talk to. He was helpful and very welcoming! The whole staff we encountered like Jade was really friendly and kind. It was a rainy day and they just made our day so much better. Thank you Jaylen and everybody working on Saturday 8/23/25 at aprx 12:30pm because employees like you should really get acknowledged for your hard work!

I was in earlier this week. Put in a big order. I asked for some condiments on the side since I wasn't sure what everyone would want on their burger. Before I left I asked if it was in the bag. They assured me it was. But it wasn't. I drove 30 minutes to get there to feed a crew some good food. Food was good but they just got plain cheeseburgers.

Got a chocolate with cookie dough, ice cream, and the ice cream taste like spoiled milk or cigarette smoke taste Told the lady upfront and she said the ice cream is made fresh every day. Apparently there was something wrong with the chocolate ice cream.

The burgers 🍔 are fresh made never frozen with Wisconsin cheese 🧀 I’ve never been a fan of onion rings, but I tried theirs and let’s just say I am a huge fan now! They also have amazingly delicious custard. The deluxe butter burgers are expensive for my taste. You can get a single patty for $6 or a double for $10. I highly recommend the family size onion rings!
