Alex is a great guy with great taste.He special orders each type of coffee bean after a sample review and roasts them himself. When you pick up your coffee he will grind the beans for you according to your level of preference.Plus, he'll custom roast any type of coffee he has if you prefer something other than his "default" for that flavor. But the guy knows his stuff, normally the way he has it prepared will be the best. I highly recommend checking out his booth.You'll never want to go back to Folgers or Starbucks brand again.
