When me and my wife walked in there was a group of them talking and they act like we were bothering them it seems like customer service is gone. Cost is up.

The staff at this location rocks!

I came in for the first time on national cheeseburger day to snag an awesome deal, and while I was waiting for my order, the whole staff were professional, happy, connected and a refreshing sight to see. I could tell the place was run really well from the manager and that’s an amazing thing to see!

I frequent this store alot. I went through drive through around 10pm. Had to wait to order. I ordered a meal and some extra sides and sundaes, and a blizzard. Did not receive a total rather told to pull up to the window. Upon arriving at window the woman there seemed visibly annoyed, she was cursing and just had an attitude. I overloiked it thinking she was just having a bad night. We all have those. Waited again at the window for the food and ice cream. When saw the ice cream one was supposed to have sprinkles when mentiined it she took it back out of sight and put maybe a dash of sprinkles. It was supposed to be a large and looked like a small she never even tirned the blizzard upside down. The other ice cream took the longest to make and it to was sloppy. All the ice cream given was melted lacked in size, appearance, toppings incorrect. The whole order took 15 minutes or longer and all the ice creams were not even consumed. P

It took us 25 minutes to get 2 blizzards tonight. Five of those minutes was just sitting at the drive thru waiting for them to actually take our order. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Just complete silence. Then 20 minutes of waiting for our order. They asked us to pull forward, to which we did. After waiting, the employee came out. I thanked her and wished her a good night and she rolled her eyes and walked away. If you’re this miserable, then just quit or call out. I get we all have bad days, but don’t make it worse on yourself by continuing to have a bad attitude. I’m also pretty sure I did not get correct change back…but I was given no receipt so I can’t be sure. Will not be going back, especially at night.

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.my kids was hungry and we was staying at a hotel near by so they wanted DQ when we pulled up it was a little after 8 there wasn’t a long line but there was no movement as we was waiting in the drive through for at least 6-7 minutes so me and my daughters got out and went we came into the lobby there wasn’t sport team playing basketball and hit the customers in front of me with the ball so my boyfriend called me and said he was almost at the drive through so we walked back to the car and when we got to the speaker the girl was like I’ll be with y’all in a minute and we was waiting for maybe 5-6 minutes with nothing so we asked how much longer it will be because we had been waiting for 18 minutes and with an attitude she said “well I’m kinda busy” and my boyfriend asked to speak to a manager so she said pull up when we pulled up they made us wait another 6-8 minutes and lied and said to pull up to the stop sign and the Maher would come out and we waited another 5 minutes and the manager never came out so no it’s 8:40 and my kids are still hungry and we have to order food from another restaurant.this location is very unprofessional and act like they can care less about their job or the standards of the company

I’m not the one to write reviews but this is disgusting I called the minute I seen the hair there was a male manger I spoke to and he said for me to come back and this would be fixed when I arrived to the window there was a female “manager” and she was very snappy and said I’m bringing it back eaten well obviously I’m going to eat what I bought I asked for a refund and she said no she did not offer for the problem to be fixed. I waited in the window for a good 3-4 minutes then she opens the window up again and say “can I help you” I then called back when I left the window after she was rude she answered the phone I asked for someone else I then asked for her name the male”manager” would not give me her name so I can call in the morning I have no big deal with restaurants at all yes the hair being in my food was nasty but I would’ve never thought she would be nasty about a hair being in the food she brought out to me it’s the way she handled it that is not customer service.

Drive through representative was nice, but the chicken tenders were awful. They seem to be frozen for years, and the crust was so thick that I had to remove almost all of it. The Coke also had a weird taste. Not going back :(
