The cone size is absurd. I ordered three kids cones and the server, who claimed to be the GM, gave us a drop of ice cream on the cone. It was enough to take one lick and it would have been gone. I told him to make it a small and it was just as bad: I then asked for a refund. You need a new GM if this is what he’s serving up for $3.99.

I was craving a shake and had to come. Lethia was working phone in the drive thru and was so sweet and just made my day. I was telling her how obsessed I was with the under the rainbow shake, I hope they bring it back. Please keep this girl on, she is amazing!❤️

terrible rude workers i spent 25 minutes waiting for a blizzard

Rude manager. Refused to take a 100 bill and gave an attitude about it like it was my fault for trying to pay for food.

Terrible service, we only ordered two ice creams. They told us to go to parking spot 1 to wait and 10-15 minutes later no one came out, so we went inside to ask about our ice cream and they didn’t even know we were waiting, so we had to keep waiting for them to start making it.

The guy at the window did not seem to like his job very well. Our concrete mixer blizzards where more like milk shakes. The NY cheesecake was more like a vanilla milkshake with graham cracker and strawberry no cheese cake at all in it. Was probably a good thing he did not flip it over like most DQ stores so to show how thick it is because it would of just fell out onto the ground

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 medium Blizzards and they were only 3/4 full. For $19.14 it seems reasonable to get a full cup. She also did not turn one upside down.
