I stopped by here on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Katie happen to be the only employee working during the lunch shift and had everything covered beautifully. I was blown away by how she was able to keep the drive-through going, attending the customers at the counter, and making all of the food. The dining area was well kept up and plenty stocked. She did a fantastic job and I let her know that, and I hope the company recognizes her efforts.

I usually do not leave reviews, like ever. But I was really not having the best day, just came off a grueling 5 hour, no break shift at Publix. And of course, there’s no DQ grill n chill near FGCU, Estero area. So, I leave my Publix over near FSW and I go to get me some DQ (I’m from East Coast of Florida near Ft. Lauderdale, we have a crap ton over there.) I come to the drive thru window, place my order. And this guy was really nice, like when I tell you that, I mean it. He...

I pulled up and the man took my order he got it all wrong I was being charged over $40 for 2 $7 meals one small milkshake and one small blizzard. The manager was the most incredible manager I've ever dealt with I was trying not to be a Karen but when she redid the order it went from $44 and change down to $30 and change. Whoever was working on 614 at this location deserves a raise she handled it perfectly
