We had order 3 milkshakes and an ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard . The 3 milkshakes were great but the blizzard looked like this served to us. My man took about 3 bites in the car til, he turned on the trucks cab light and realized. Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn back around because I had to drop my kids back off at their dad’s house. We are usual customers and we’ve never had any problems before. I understand they were a little behind but usually the quality is still on point. Very disappointed

Sold us food that was sitting for someone else. When we complained the Mgr threw our ff in the fryer and our chicken was still cold. We usually have a great meal, but we could not eat what we bought. Do better dq

WTHeck bro we have been sitting 🪑 here waiting 🧭for more than 20 mins for a few cheeseburgers 🍔. What are you doing is this for real?? Every employee is standing around doing nothing. Maybe I should go to the drive thru maybe the service would be quicker or I’d run out of ⛽️ gas waiting 💀when I finally ask I was told it never went to the kitchen. Seriously 😳

Not enough employees. Management is not the same. Some of the employees were not responsive. One lady with dark curly hair was very nice and seemed to be doing everything herself.

Honestly I give up with this location, every time I go my orders messed up. And each time, I try to be understanding with them, but now I'm just annoyed. :)

Messed up my order but came back with remaking my order so I can pick it up and when I arrived it melted. So they remade it again and were great. Thanks a bunch.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, number 12, but received the non-spicy chicken. Though I hesitated at first, I embraced the unexpected and found it to be incredibly delicious. This establishment also creates fantastic milkshakes and cake that I wholeheartedly recommend for any special occasion.

Fast service!

1st time getting food here and completely disappointed! Ordered $40 worth of food, and the burgers were barely warm, fries were cold, and paid for ranch dipping sauce, which I get none! Nothing was fresh or hot! Also, I asked for a large fry and paid for which and got a medium size. Ordered the sauce and tossed 6 piece, and they barely are the meaning of 'sauce and tossed' and, again, barely warm chicken as well with sauce pissed on them.
