I have been to this restaurant many times over the years and have noticed the gradual decline of an otherwise pretty solid and timeless restaurant concept- the hibachi. At one time this was probably the only hibachi restaurant in the Fort Myers area, but if I understand correctly there are numerous alternatives sprinkled about. You may want to consider the alternatives. \n\nFirst, Fort Myers is a real minefield of restaurants, given the area is still heavily biased to retirees...
We returned after a few years, we were pleased with the food presentation, service and atmosphere. Our server JJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about our gluten-free diet. Menu change, now is very handy and more variety. Makimono combination, plum 🍷, and the surprising dessert Ube Japanese cheesecake, purple sweet potato base. Just delicious. They have live piano music on Thursday to Sunday.
A great hibachi experience. Food was great and the service was too! They accommodated my friends with allergies and were very thoughtful when serving them. Hostess and chef were great!
