Dave & Buster's Fort Myers

I enjoyed my experience yesterday my children are all grown but I decided I wanted to play games I had the friendliest waitress the food was good and I enjoyed playing the games it's reasonably priced great for families or preteens or like me a grown adult who wanted to play games

Our server was super nice! I forgot her name but very helpful! The spicy smashed burger was really good, especially with extra jalapeños! Everyone else enjoyed their food, as well.

We went to Dave and busters for my boyfriend’s birthday. Mark (or Marc) was extremely helpful and kind when one of the machines malfunctioned. He really made our experience fun, give him a raise!! Thank you Mark (Marc)!

Tons of fun everywhere in this place! I am always having a good time here and you will definitely too!

Great place for kids a family

I been coming here for months. They changed the prices of the tickets for the items. The rude girl in the front said they changed it last night. But still has it on display as 7,500 tickets for the owl. If you changed the ticket price last night you should have changed it this morning not waiting until 330pm! And she was so rude thinking that we the customer she obviously know about it. She threw the card the card down, not handed back to him threw it down! What kind of customer service is that? She doesn’t have good service why would you put someone like that on the floor. Make her do something else like stock up the shelves cause she can’t handle service. Also we tried really hard to earn those 7,500 ticket just to get that owl. So explain to a 6 year old hey the rude lady in the ticket area said the price changed over night. Let me say it again OVERNIGHT! As if I should have known the price changed there was also nothing to show saying hey sorry for the inconvenience we changed the ticket prices. And also the rude women in the ticket counter didn’t even say sorry for it, like have more empathy that ppl took their time sitting there playing games in order to earn tickets for certain items.

For four people at 6:30 pm it took almost 2 hours because of slow service And it was not packed in the restaurant Food came out cold

Dave and Buster's is always a fun spot with food and drinks for all ages. The games are too expensive at <=8 tokens per game. Going at 11:30 am was the best time to choose.

I made a reservation but when I got there I was told the dining room was closed and I could take a booth in the bar area. Why allow reservations when it is first come first served in the bar. If I had not gotten there early a large booth would not have been available. There is something wrong with this process between the restaurant and open table.

JD is the absolute best! We always go for him. Exceptional service, goes above and beyond. Makes our dinner so pleasant.

This experience was extremely disappointing on so many levels. Our waitress didn't even come and ask us what we wanted to drink for 20 minutes. Literally 20 minutes we sat there with our kids, and watched while she went to other tables and ignored us completely. Then when she finally did come over, she was not friendly and had no business at all waiting tables honestly. She looked like she could care less about her job. The whole time we had to wait excessively long for everything and there was hardly anyone even in the place- we went at 2PM specifically so we wouldn't be in the big crowd. Then, half of the games didn't work which made it a total waste of money and time. We went for my son's birthday, and he has Down syndrome- so when the waitress is a total prune face, our son can feel the vibes right away and it makes him super anxious. Will never go back to a Dave & Busters. It wasn't even just the waitress, the whole place was a dump.

Food was great.. service was very slow. Our drinks took so long that we actually thought they forgot about them and this was on a slow Thursday night! Food also took a long time to come out. Also we had to go ask for menus... so even though the staff was very nice and polite they can definitely use some training

Horrible from the start to the end. The food was awful, the waitress was horrible. Not sure we will be going back.

Went here to have some fun with my girlfriend.
We planned on staying here for 1-2h max.
Ended up staying 5hours there without realizing.
It was so much fun, i'll defenitly come again
