Waitress cleaned two tables before taking drink order, took addtl ten minutes to get those. Tried walk away when signaled for her that problem. Upon advising the root beer was flat, she said “huh?” then put it under her nose and SNIFFED it. As if checking for effervescence! How does that work?
After that…shocked to have get up and replace it ourselves! Another server questioned it!

Our server was Venice. She helped make our visit very pleasant. She was cheerful, friendly and she checked on us frequently. Our breakfast was delicious. My husband had the Lumberjack Slam. I enjoyed the Pancakes with Blue Berries, Strawberries & Bananas - yummy! We will visit the Daniels Denny’s store again and ask for Venice.
Worst experience ever at a Denny's. It's ashame, I haven't been in a long time due to the fact that they usually don't have very good customer service but I figured hey it's 2025 let's give them another shot. Well that was a big mistake..It was me my daughter, my best friend and her two kids. Table of 5. Took the waiter 15 minutes just before someone came and got our drink order....then another 20 for the actual order. It took and hour for us to just get the kids food which was 2 chicken tender baskets with two tenders each, two salads and a cheese burger with a side of bacon. Then took another 10 minutes for me and my friend to receive our food which by then we really had no appetite. We had to ask another waiter to talk to the manager because our actual waiter avoided us the entire time.We never got the manager, the waiter finally wondered to our table He said sorry guys I talked to the manager. But no sign of manager. I just kept my cool and just wanted to pay and leave that place......yea Well finally we had to go to pay up front and once again no one up there to greet anyone or to check out customers. I went to manager my self after seriously waiting and hour and something and then have me wait again to pay when really our meal should have been free. Any real reasturant would not have let us walk out mad the way I was. The manager was very slowy puting things on plates and pretending to be the expeditor when she had a whole line at the door and obviously that wasn't her concern. She had to much responsibility on her waiters when really she should have been doing her job. All she could say to me was she didn't have her front person show up. Which that's not my problem! So please if you are hungry and just getting off highway or just want a quick breakfast don't think your going to get it at this Denny's because between the manager and the unprofessionalism there u will be highly disappointed.

I will say this im from Miami and Me and a friend stop bye here for breakfast and I will say this. This place wuz fantastic and the older waitress there wuz outstanding as for giving services. I Will be back again when I visit.

We arrived very late after a delayed flight. The server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the veggie omelet and my husband ordered one with meat. They were both delicious but we agreed mine was the better of the two. We grateful for a hot meal for a good price so late at night.

We went last night after picking up very late at the airport. Saw that this location was open so stopped in to get a bite. We had the absolute best waiter. Brian!! He walked over and introduced himself, very courteous and even after we received our food, kept checking on us to make sure things were good, kept our drinks filled. He provided excellent customer service and if I ever go back that late at night again or show up when he's there I definitely will request to be seated in his area
