Ordered beer, wings and old fashioned.
Server doubled the old fashioned, saying that’s the only way they can ring it up.

Honestly had a great experience! There was no one at the host stand so we sat ourselves, and the waitress came almost immediately, friendly service, we ordered and the food came pretty fast. And it was really delicious the Mahi sandwich was juicy and perfect, and the patty melt was exactly what my friend wanted. Being able to pay on the website was easy and fast as well.

I do not believe there is beef in the hamburger. Has some type of filler. Please stay away from this place.

The worst experience I've had in an airport and I've been pulled aside for additional TSA screening.
I wasn't surprised to see such a low overall score for this place when Iooked it up on Google to leave this review.
Whoever is working the hostest stand is possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with, and I, nor anyone else, was rude to her, this was all her.
She mumbled what sounded like obscenenities under her breath, maybe she has tourettesz but I'm not willing to give the benefit based on her other behavior.
My waitress was busy and not rude, but she wasn't nice. The table next to me was sat after me, she saw them first and got their drinks and food out first. She also never came back to check on. Which would have been nice because I never got cutlery or napkins.
The food was decent, but $20 bucks for an appetizer isn't worth it, even at an airport. The real kicker was that a pour of whiskey was $21!! And it wasn't even top shelf, nor was the price for booze on the menu.
Finally, thatake you use a QR code. Which made me sign up for a service I didn't want, Instead of just having me order food. I will be deleting my account and blocking that post haste.
If I'm ever in RSW again, I'll starve before I give his place business again.
I'm also going to reach out to Delta and advise them to move to a different terminal for their flights or something. They can do better than this.
Agree with others services is slow borderline ignoring you. Such a shame at least be relatively kind to your patrons and look like you're interested in your job.

It's OK.. it's literally the only option. They fail to mention you can't get to any other concourse once inside but the people of Fort Myers are miserable. Someone check in! Only one restaurant serving $20 wine? And $20 cheeseburgers with 1.2 stars? They can. You have no other choice unless market good. There's only 1 restaurant in concourse C. You have to leave for others. 😏

I thought ours was an isolated case but as I read majority of the comments, seems like they are notorious for threatening customers if you show your dissatisfaction. They will also call the police if you show disgust and walking out due to bad costumer service. They are very discriminatory and threaten us not to go back there. Well the pleasure is ours never again! The audacity of the waitress to report us to the police when she was the one who was condescending to us. So just letting you know you wasted the police officers time because you made false allegations on why we walked out, they can’t simply get anything because we didn’t do anything. We are not criminals. I don’t think it is a crime to walk out because we weren’t happy! Your attitude is as bad as your food.
Michael at the door is a nice guy. Otherwise, it’s pretty much purgatory. Ordered a $20 burger through a QR code with the options of Medium Well, Well Done, and “No Choice.” Everywhere I turn I see frowning faces and half eaten burgers. We all had No Choice for dinner.

Terrible service and use QR code and pay credit card on QR code and the system adds a tip without any control by user. Never again!
Restaurantji Recommends
Got seated, then got ignored for 20 minutes while servers milled around. After the third time asking to place an order and being told “they’d be right over”, we left.

We are waiting to be served. Lucky my flight doesn’t leave until 4:30 pm but still waiting to eat. They still haven’t cleaned our table. There are people waiting outside to get a table.
It’s been about 15 mins and still waiting to be served. There is only one person working.
So now they made us move tables … bad service

disgusting would be a compliment... quality and selection.
Server told me they can’t accommodate a shellfish allergy because, and I quote, they “don’t clean the grill”.
Basic bland bar food which is overpriced. I don’t like ordering my food from a QR app linked to their website forcing you to accept cookies. Isn’t ordering etc for the staff?
