We are waiting to be served. Lucky my flight doesn’t leave until 4:30 pm but still waiting to eat. They still haven’t cleaned our table. There are people waiting outside to get a table.
It’s been about 15 mins and still waiting to be served. There is only one person working.
So now they made us move tables … bad service

disgusting would be a compliment... quality and selection.

Server told me they can’t accommodate a shellfish allergy because, and I quote, they “don’t clean the grill”.

Basic bland bar food which is overpriced. I don’t like ordering my food from a QR app linked to their website forcing you to accept cookies. Isn’t ordering etc for the staff?

Stopped in for breakfast at 9:45am, told no coffee and no breakfast, they were only serving lunch. Ridiculous

Allows dogs to sit on patrons laps as they eat at a table. Health code violations

I have been traveling through Ft. Myers for years and the quality has gone down overtime. Food is bland and tastes like most the food comes out of a microwave. You better off going to the bagel shop at the start of the concourse.

HMS Host really should start doing something else.. They are not good at Hospitality. The QR codes don't work, so you can't order anything as they are understaffed so servers can only do so much.
This place is just another restaurant they mess up. The food is is terrible and overpriced. The servers try to help, but they are understaffed and the kitchen takes forever to make bad food.. They do have fun as you hear them singing and laughing.
Our server tried to be attentive. The food is tasteless and fries are cold and hard.

Patty melt was dry. Service was good. I guess it was food

If there was ANY other alternative take it. Waitresses really trying. The rudest waiter I have ever encountered. 25 minutes to get a beer. 1 bartender for entire restaurant.

Prices on menu did not match my bill. When I queried server, the response was “we can’t change the price”. Wow….

My husband and I both ordered fish and chips. The fish was heavily breaded and was only just edible-only eaten because we had a flight to board. The French fries were not even real potatoes. They were some of kind of freeze dried or???. They were also cold. No pricing upfront. For this disgusting meal we paid $66. Each meal was 23.99 x 2. The rest was taxes and tip. I would not have bothered with a review if the issue was only the price.

Kicked out of this place for sliding a table for two over 6” to sit with friends. The waitress reported our “disrespect” to her manager who threatened the police if we didn’t leave.
Customer service? 0. In fact less than that.
Atmosphere. 0. A joke.
Will never ever spend a nickel here.

I’ve been to a lot of airport restaurants and this one is by far the worst. Judging by the comments they don’t even care. They don’t have to because they are the only restaurant once you get through security. I would rate gas station food higher. I got the nachos which was the equivalent of what you’d get at a concession stand topped with canned chicken. My wife got the soup and we had to laugh because it was literally everything on the nachos minus the chips only in a cup. My son got the wings that were like they had been sitting under a heat lamp at the gas station for several days. My daughter just got fries and they were soggy tasting like the fryer oil hasn’t been changed ever. $130 for 3 1/2 meals and 4 drinks. My suggestion is to eat before you get trapped on the other side of security or just grab a sandwich from the bagel shop.
