Everything very rich, very good service
First time eating there and unfortunately bad experience it took 😡48 minutes!!! for our food to come out and that’s because I had to get up and look for the waitress and ask her where is our food?! if not, it would’ve been more time wasted! We saw other customers come in and sit down after us and got their food first so basically they forgot about us! Then my food came out wrong. I told him where is the Russian salad that I ordered the waitress lady called a man who came out and proceeded to tell me that the lady that makes it no longer is there that she left. Food was not hot. I believe that they forgot about us and left the food out and then when I went to look for the waitress to ask for my food, they went and got it so pretty sure they left the food sitting out. Then the bill came and you all try to overcharge I had to ask for a manager I spoke to a man and told him ‘’on the menu you have the price of $21.99 and on this receipt your charging me 24.99 you cannot do that you can’t put a price on a menu and then charge me whatever you want’’ so I told him he has to adjust it and give me my $3 back. He was saying that he had to change the menus and the prices went up. I told him that is not my problem or my mistake. He could’ve easily got a permanent marker and change the price to the correct price on the menu, he gave me my $3 back. Worse experience, slow service you need waitresses that are more attentive to customers so that this could be prevented & not happen again.
Fresh and delicious

The food is very expensive, don't even think about ordering to pick up because they tell you 20 minutes. But in reality it is an hour, my experience speaks

That a dish costs 24.99 is expensive but that's fine, but they exaggerate and bring you the receipt and it already costs 29.99 so they can be defined that way and still write some words on the receipt that seem sarcastic.

I was only there for a take-out. Whenever I'm in the Fort Myers area I always eat at the same place so I wanted to try something different. I saw this place on Google maps so I wanted to give it a try. I love the type of food served and quesadillas are my favorite so I ordered a beef quesadilla to go and the rest is history.

Regarding music they should change. There are so many Guatemalan artists like Ricardo Arjona, Malacates Trébol Shop among others that you can listen to all the food and just one music.
