I called sat on the phone waiting for about 15-20 minutes figured they had put me on hold so called back and they picked it up within the first few rings so just be weary if your phone call is taking to long try calling back cause chances are they put you on hold nobody wants to sit twenty minutes and listen to the annoying automated message repeat over and over again about the deals yall have besides that my food was fine work on your customer service skills if I can do my job properly no reason yall can’t tyvm oh and to add onto it when they delivered didn’t knock and left my pizza on the wet dirt literally had a chair on my porch about two feet away
That vital pizza is always great! Sandwiches are always a hit! Don't forget the pasta bread bowls...killer!

The service was trash they didn’t attend us for an hour and kept saying it will take a while please fix this issue we kept getting our order ignored and people that came after us managed to get their pizza in 5-10 mins while we sat there and waited a whole hour for nothing.

I went to this dominos and ordered food and this is the way my pizza was made! I called and spoke to Emily the MANAGER and told her I just left and made it home when I looked at the pizzas this how they were She called me a Liar on the phone and was saying that she never heard of a pizza looking that way and said that I will have to come all the way back bring her all the food then she will decide what to do . She had 3 of her children running around in the back where they are making the food at fixing them drinks and food instead of doing her job this is why my order turned out this way it’s wrong I wasted my money like this and she was rude about it for how they did my order! I will never spend my money here again! Poor customer service and poor food!
Everything in my order was wrong. The only reason I even placed an order was to try the New York style pizza crust. My pizza was hand-tossed and I ordered bread twists and received greasy small bread balls. I called the store and was greeted by a very rude lady. I will never order from them again especially with their fees being so high.

No acknowledgement what so ever when I walked in not even a hello or I'll be right with you. She saw me waiting, the girl with the glasses and she was on her phone the whole time, until I sat down she spoke. I've been in customer service 10yrs + and that is poor service. I love dominos but the staff needs to work on greeting and making the customer feel welcomed.

Gave me 3 different times of delivery and took an hour to deliver the pizza once they finally put it out for delivery and the address was only 3 minutes away from the store, called multiple times and got ran around and when the food showed up it was cold and the boxes all smashed and they did absolutely nothing in any attempt to rectify the issue, management really needs to take a look at what's going on

Because I was paying with a gift card. They took the rest of my gift card credits as if. It was real money . The service isn't to good. And they don't pay attention to the customers order as they should
