Ordered delivery, tipped 20%. Order was missing my two dipping cups, which was only $2 but still frustrating because I paid for them. I called the store, girl was very short with me and told me refunds for individual items can’t be issued until the morning so I should see it then. It’s been 3 days- no refund processed. It doesn’t matter it’s only $2, it’s incompetence and laziness. Wont order from here again, going to do a charge back for the whole order now and make it their problem to solve since they can’t do a very simple job properly.

Ordered the new new York style. Toppings were negligible, I found 6 pieces of bacon in the whole x-large. Maybe 2 pieces of peperoni per slice. Will not bother ordering any pizza again from Domino's.

Charles is almost always our delivery driver and he's the sweetest! He's so appreciative when he gets a tip and so personable. He forgot our soda one time and I told him not to worry about it yet he still drove back to the store and back to our house. We've been teaching our kids sign language so we can all speak to him the way he understands best.

My complaint isn't about the food or service. I love this location. My complaint is more of a concern for public safety. A few days ago I was walking home from work and a red Honda Civic coupe passed me going very fast in Caribbean. I signal the driver to slow down and he responded by giving me the middle finger. Caribbean is a 30 mile an hour zone. It's posted everywhere. There are kids playing outside all the time and everyone knows everyone. Minutes before getting home I saw the red Honda again. This time the drive slowed down and we locked eyes. He slowly passed yelling all kinds of stuff. Later that day I saw him again while doing to an appointment. He pulled into your Domino's location. Later, after talking to some of your employees I found out that he works at your location as a delivery driver and that he was on duty when speeding through a 30 mile per hour neighborhood. I don't know his name. He looked tall, Hispanic, maybe 30 to 35 years old, black hair with facial hair, but trimmed, clean cut look.

The only real complaint I have about this Dominoes is their lack of consistency with the way the food is made. Sometimes we get what we pay for by the way of toppings, sometimes we don't. The same goes for the amount of sauce on the pizza and whether they remember to square cut or not. That being said, they always fix it and are always prompt and polite in doing so. Considering the lack of options for pizza places in this area, I would definitely recommend Dominoes both for quality and price. Just keep in mind that it IS still a chain restaurant. This is not going to be high-quality pizzeria caliber of food.
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetable options for the pizzas. They also have salads.
Dietary restrictions: They will make pizzas without cheese if needed, and it is easy to create a pizza that suits your needs.
Parking: The parking lot is shared with another store, and it is very dilapidated with pot holes and no lined parking spots.

Not Really, The pizza is like warm and not even cut through. I didn’t pay for hot drinks. Tried calling the store. No answer, It’s ok. I will call and dispute the charges.
