I order a cup of coffee with my donuts. 1st cup cold. 2nd cup was bitter. I requested a refund and was told they don't do that. It's not like I even took more than a sip. Sorry Duck Donuts you lost my business.
My curiosity got the better of me based on the name itself. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered and paid on line and just walked in and was directed my a very nice employee to pick up my order right on the counter. The donuts were amazing and I can't wait to return.

I came first time ever with my 2 daughters and husband to try donuts here. The girl taking order was rude from the start and we spent over $40. We got donuts and 3 milkshakes. They took a while but we finally got the shakes; the vanilla shake was nasty and tasted like milk, my 10 year old daughter went to tell the girl and she was so nasty and rude, my Oreo milkshake was delicious and then my smore shake came and it was the worst tasting shake I ever had, it did not taste anything like a smore. I went to the nasty girl again that was loud, rude, nasty and asked for them to be replaced by Oreo and she refused to even let me speak and was just so disrespectful and rude than processed to tell me her mother is manager so there is nothing wrong with her actions and nothing I can do. I’m 35 years old and this is first time I ever had anyone speak rude to me. I’m honestly in shock and cannot believe I spent $40 for such a horrible experience.It was interesting because as I was walking out a woman walking around the parking lot had on a Donut shirt and I asked if she’s the manager and had her daughter working inside, she told me “yes”, I had told her that her daughter is the most rude person I ever met and that I just had worst experience ever… to my shock is looked at me and laughed in my face and walked away but I can tell this lady was definitely high on drugs or something because of the way she was walking and speaking.It’s sad people manage businesses like this and I would tell all my friends to not support this terrible establishment. People should not be allowed to be so rude and unprofessional. Businesses that have employees acting this was shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.
